“Pretty Great. There's a wide selection of hides for reptiles of all types, and they're fairly cheap (like $30) for one an adult bearded dragon can fit in. They also have all sorts of big lizards and snakes if you wanna look around. The staff was great too, super helpful with setting up my tank. Highly recommend.”
“I’ve been an Invisible Fence customer for a few years now and it has been a life saver for my family and I. We have 3 indoor Savannah cats and the system keeps them out of areas and off of countertops that I don’t want them in. The other night I came home to a door left open and THANK GOODNESS for Invisible Fence or my kitties would have been gone!! Luckily, I had discs placed near the entry/exit doors to keep them in. I was so grateful for the system and how well it does its job. There is nothing more irreplaceable than my fur babies. We just added my Belgian Malinois as well. He’s been sneaking into the cat’s food daily and gaining weight. So far so good! Gabriel Rodriguez and Jeremy Gonzales have been my representatives and they are always responsive and on time when I need them! (Which isn’t often) Thanks guys for making my life so much easier and worry free!! We love our Invisible Fence :)”

“We bring our pups in for the vet services that are once a month. Nail trimming, anal glands etc. Everyone is very friendly, lots of products to choose from and the employees seem to be knowledgeable about thier products unlike some of the other big pet supply stores.”

“Good service is above average. Kimber was amazing and we are happy customers. She saved the image of the service at Tractor Supply as we had less than a good experience at the Temecula store. Kimber reached out to yet another store in Hemet to help us find the trailer and riding mower we were looking for. Temecula lost out on 5k+ sale. And while Hemet will get the sale because they had it in stock and Murrieta did not, l think Kimber should get the credit for the sale. Kimber definitely deserves all the praise for saving our opinions about Tractor Supply. ALL Temecula store employees could use training from Kimber on how to speak to customers and keep customers. What she did in Murrieta, Temecula could have done but did not. Thank you Kimber Tractor Supply is fortunate to have you as an employee.”
“We found the store when they were present at a bird expo. Birds n Paradise had a variety of parrot companions. The owner was inviting and helpful in answering our questions about a red-bellied parrot who was so energetic and playful. The red-bellied parrot was hand fed and loves people. When I had questions about her care and helping her adjust to a home with other birds and a new environment, the owner was available and answered my questions. I can’t wait to visit the store itself.”

“I'm not a fan of big box stores because of the conditions they keep fish (particularly betta fish) in but we have had excellent service from this store and particularly Alexa who is a star employee. We recently lost our pet crayfish during a tank upgrade and Alexa went above and beyond to help my wife who was devastated. Petco, please reward this young lady. She is such an asset to your organization.”

“Bailey at Top Dog did an amazing job grooming our dog Zeus! From start to finish, she was kind, professional, and truly treated Zeus like her own. He can be a bit nervous, but Bailey made him feel so comfortable—and he came out looking absolutely perfect! His coat is clean, soft, and he smells amazing.

“Pet smart is a great place for all your pet needs from lizards to fish and everything in between. The staff is typically very friendly and knowledgeable whenever we go there and have questions. Typically it doesn’t have an unpleasant odor unless there was a pet “accident” in the store or you go near the crickets. Decent prices too for food, petcessories, or just fun pet toys.”

“I would like to leave a review for Israel, I really appreciate the patience he's has for my giant schnauzer, Israel really takes the time to deal with my dog, my dog isn't the easiest to deal with at all, he gets very anxious and has a lot of energy. It usually takes about 4 hrs for Israel to groom him . But I really do appreciate Israel's patience with him and he does pretty good job grooming him. Thank you Israel for being patient with my dog”
