“FINALLY a trusted mechanic in Elk Grove. I brought my 2017 Tiguan in for a 2nd opinion after the 1st shop I took it to told me to just sell the vehicle. They said the repairs were not worth the cost of the vehicle…. Which was false.
Got it contact with Mark— he assured me they would be honest about what’s needed for repairs & to let me know if it was time to let go of the vehicle. He got back to me quickly and let me know the common repairs I’d need especially on a 110,000 mile Tiguan.
He assured me the vehicle was worth reinvesting into. We did the following repairs:
-REPLACE WATER PUMP & THERMOSTAT
-BRAND NEW BATTERY
-REPLACE CLOCKSPRING
-REPLACE UPPER TIMING COVER
-BRAKE FLUID EXCHANGE
They got all this done within a week & we’re a breeze to work with. Mechanics have always been a stressful endeavor for me and these guys made me feel like family. I’ll be bringing all of my families vehicles here for future repairs. Give these guys your business!”

“I had a an inch long scratch on the rear passenger side of my vehicle that was tired of seeing so I went in spoke to Juan who is the Owner. He was extremely nice, has great customer service skills. The people working for him were also very nice. I had gone to several places to get a quote on how much to repair that scratch who were quoting me between $3000 to $4000. They were wanting to paint both doors, remove the mirror, etc.. got a quote from Juan....he quoted me less than $900. He repaired the scratch, paint matched perfectly, he also helped with a chip I had on the hood of my car for no extra fee. I would HIGHLY recommend his shop to anyone needing body work done and who wants someone that is always going to give you an awesome deal.”
