“Bukari was amazing. He’s one of the fastest moving workers I have ever seen. He juggled six or seven customers at once by himself and I was one of them and I felt I did not have to wait. Furthermore, he says he loves it moving fast so to me he seems like the perfect worker. And, he’s very nice. The store owner is very lucky as he or she will not need to hire more people during peak times, when he is working. Bukari can handle them all. (Sincere apologies as I may have misspelled his name)”

“If you’re in a pinch and need to ship fast and safely, this is the place to do it. I got personalized help for my pc, where they measured the dimensions and cut a box to perfectly fit my pc. They also made suggestions and provided packing material needed to cushion it. I don’t see it breaking any day of the week even if it gets yeeted across a room or if it bounces up and down in a truck. They sell you exactly what you need for safe shipment, these are honest folks who know exactly how to ship the right way. Saved me hours of potential packing because they did it with me step by step. Pricing is fair and they don’t even charge for manual labor. 10/10.”

“I always have a pleasant experience visiting my local post office. Staff here are always so kind and informative. Unsure about the bad reviews of this location, but I would say, to keep in mind that we are all hardworking people! I have always been treated with the upmost respect and professionalism if I’m picking up packages or shipping out!
Like any other business, there are times where foot traffic is heavy and service may be slow. However, I find myself swiftly in and out of the building every time with prompt service!
I appreciate the time and hard work these postal workers do.”

“I was trying to drop off a package for express shipping. This location does not do express shipping,. I did find an express shipping on Bruceville and consumer River inside ? parking lot. I hope this helps ?”
“My favorite post office in Elk Grove. The best area to drop off prepaid packages. There's never a line and if there is, it's short. It's way better than having to wait in line elsewhere that doesn't have a prepaid section or waiting at drop boxes that are always full. Here there is not a dropbox, you just hand your prepaid package to the staff at the counter. If it's not crazy busy they'll scan it in right there, to help make sure your prepaid package or packages don't get lost.”
“I drive the extra miles to go to Elk Grove Post Office. There’s plenty of staff very short time of waiting and pleasant staff employees.! The Post Office on Elk Grove Florin Rd most of the time only has one staff employee with a long line of people! It’s hard for me to stand there that long I have vertigo I wish they could hire more staff ! I will have to say once I get up to the counter they’re always very nice!”
