“We as foreigner opened at the second week of December an account at the bank. We were not familiar with the process. A lot of questions had to be answered online. “I am new to Schools First Credit Union and have had Wescom Credit Union for my primary banking needs. In the time I have been with Wescom (1999) I have tried other banks, Welfargo, Union Bank, Bank of America, Chase Bank and every one of them have been terrible in all sorts of ways causing me to close my account with each of them. But NOW I have finally found a great banking option along with Wescom. Schools First is amazing, the atmosphere at the local branch is warm, professional and very welcoming and the customer service representatives through teller phone services are wonderful. Every employee I interacted with was kind and extremely pleasant. You can see that as Schools First Credit Union employees, they are happy and well taken care of. That is a major plus for me and a great reflection of how they will also take care of me and my money management needs. I feel safe and confident in their care and am very pleased with all their banking options and opportunities. They have amazing loan rates and many great options for checkings, savings, home/vehicle/personal loans, credit cards, and summer savings account! Now, I have finally found 2 banks to safely and confidently bank with that proactively seek out ways to improve my financial well-being through my banking and money management needs. I highly recommend Schools First Credit Union.”

“Hello, I maybe have written 1 review ever before and I rarely do something like this but I feel a strong need to write this one. This BBVA branch is probably the best branch I have ever gone to. I live in Corona, CA and drive to this one just to have the same customer service levels that they provide. The branch manager Andrew is definitely an awesome asset to their team. He understands clients needs and knows the best ways to tackle them efficiently. Its awesome because he is available to answer questions when necessary and makes amazing recommendations when it comes to banking products. He truly has a very strong understanding of his job which makes working with such a bank an amazing experience.”

Anthony really does his job in a professional yet courteous manner and I think ? that it can be attributed to the positive work ambience implemented by the branch manager Mathew. Great bank all around: they offer low rates on car loans and personal loans! I highly recommend them. Another plus, most of the tellers are bilingual.”
“Went in to open a new account with my daughter today and was assisted by Ryan Harris. He was super professional and even let her barrow a phone charger so she could download the app and go through the motions of using the app with her. We did not have an appointment but were helped within 30 minutes. The only complaint I have about this branch is that the drive through atm is out of service pretty often. But other than that, this is a great branch to do business with!!”

No fee checking account and Savings account has no charge if you keep 300 in it or allow checking account transfer of 25 into Savings account every month.
Service and Security excellent.”

“Had to setup a business checking account and met with Shawn Upton. He was an extremely helpful and knowledgeable private client banker. Time is critical to a busy person such as myself and I appreciate his efficiency, but without even me mentioning how much of a hurry I was in he handled things effortlessly.”
“CHEERY STAFF w/ GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! The young lady at the teller booth was super friendly with my grandmother. My grandmother knows very little English and luckily for us she was bilingual in Spanish! She was very helpful, patient and walked us through my Grandma's transaction. Also, the manager was nice she greeted us in and welcomed us. The bank is very spacious with several comfy chairs and a large couch. There's security outside which makes me feel a bit safer. The drive-thru ATM is awful. It's in a super tight spot and very dangerous as the parking lot is already very tight with limited space. I wouldn't recommend the drive-thru. I would just do the outdoor ATM or go in.”

“I've been using this location thru the years as it's changed (most recent formally BBVA now pnc). The only major downside to this location in my opinion is that there is no drive thru ATM, there used to be one but I'm not sure when or why it was removed. There is a walk up ATM near the front entrance but personally I won't use that late at night/when dark out as unfortunately I do feel it would be a bit unsafe. If you are a pnc customer and wish to access a ATM at night I recommend the east hemet branch location off of meridian and Florida they have a drive up ATM and the location itself is a bit safer (street facing, well lit, lots more people and busy businesses around)”
