“We've been working with Erik here at the store. I commended anyone that can deal with my family when it's time for the whole family to upgrade their phones. He was able to work with us and get us the best value he could with every trade in and new phone. He has worked with us at least twice and we have to go back at least one more time. He is understanding. Thank you. The location is in a good spot across from a high school and below a Costco. He even assisted with putting my screen protector on. Verizon doesn’t do that over here.”

“This is in regards to the service I received from Krishna, at the Metro/T Mobile store in the city of Perris, CA. I came in to upgrade from my phone (at the time- 2/12/26 +/-). Krishna was very good in his service, explaining all my options. He showed me an upgraded unit, and it was definitely better than the one I came in with. He also helped me with adding another line using the phone I entered with, so I could gift it to someone.
I was very pleased with Krishna's knowledge of the phones in the store, as well as his assistance. He kept me in the range of what I had planned to spend, without the harsh upsell. ??.

“We got new phones through the TMobile website. The new phones arrived with a mailing folder and address label to return our old phones. Feeling a bit uncertain about mailing them, we decided to drop off at this TMobile store. The people inside were INCREDIBLY kind and helpful. It seems they were unable to simply accept them for us, as they were expected to be returned via shipping, but offered to put them with their UPS shipments that go out daily. We were feeling a bit nervous about shipping in the thin folders and they even offered us some spare boxes to package them up in to keep them safe. David was exceptionally helpful and packaged them up for us. Thank you, David! You a real benefit to the store and a reason to consider coming back in next time we need new devices.”
