“I was at Stax Storage and inquiring about an Additional Storage unit for all the contents of My RV. (There was a FREAK accident and My RV will be in the Dealership's repair Dept. for at least 8 to 10 weeks. ??♀️??♀️??♀️) Lindsey was VERY, VERY HELPFUL Sweet and Patient while taking Me to see a couple of different size units. I noticed the 2 different sizes of U-Haul Trucks parked there too. II asked if they are RENTING the Trucks there at Stax because that would be SO CONVENIENT when I am ready to move My RV contents in the new unit. She said YES!!! I LOVED that, CONVENIENCE and LOW prices are An 'AWESOME' Combo!!! ??????✝️??? ”

“The BEST experience I have ever had with a Uhaul......Staff were great, informative and helpful. Truck was in perfect condition and ready to go. I liked the fact it only had 1/4 tank of fuel, easier to manage when returned.....The store was well supplied and when I call in to asked questions prior to renting, I talked with a very informative woman who went out of her way to look everything up and discuss my questions. THAT sealed the DEAL to use Uhaul. Don't be fooled by other rentals, I found the add-on insurance at Uhaul was OVER half the cost of well know other rental agencies, So just because the others trucks may be cheaper, once you add on the insurance...it's way more expensive. And your consumer auto insurance will not cover a UHaul truck, check, but pretty sure no-go as it's a commercial truck! Yup learned all that and verified it to be true and correct!”

“Super amazing buisness, I was talking with Kevin on my move over to colorado, and he was super helpful. Even when bombarded by people by himself, he was able to multitask, and help up to three people at a time. Super informative, and great at all around doing his job. Even if he had irate customers, he never even came close to loosing his cool, and just kept a professional composure instead. Even when he had things not in stock he would help people find things that either he did have that was suitable for the job, or tell them a nearby location that did have things in stock. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because like I said certain things sadly were not in stock , but overall amazing.”
