Banezaa was super helpful and patient when I had some issues with a lost phone. She went above and beyond, and I really appreciate the knowledgeable and friendly service at this location! Top notch employees working at this place! :)

Only one employee was available and I wasn't acknowledged after waiting in store for five minutes. Was looking to upgrade my phone. Will take my business elsewhere.

Every time I come into this store I am greeted with such a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Isiah (representative) went over and beyond helping me with my phone and my new Apple Watch. He literally took care of everything! I highly recommend the VictraVerizon store in Windsor???
