Units and halls are super clean and feel very safe. They really take care of their clients including coffee and water! Carts accessible and easy to pull right up and unload into the elevator lobby. “It started from the top down, Jose was amazing on the phone as I was calling for a last second scramble for space. Nicole stepped in the next day to finalize my space and did everything online. The 3rd day I came to load up my space and realized I needed another 10 x 25 and Francisco and Jose made it happen...and even got me within 2 doors from my original unit/space. So it made my $400 an hour unload go quickly! Extra Space Storage has my great recommendation.”

“The staff over here where great with helping me. I live close by but they were rented up for 5x5 units but did check their other properties, but I didn't want to go to far as I don't drive and this is within walking distance to me.”

“Aside from the very nicely improved exterior, the garage unit that our company operates out of is extremely spacious, nicely paved, and in a great location. the storage lot where we keep our vans is all we need, we have a large spot and a few smaller ones that work perfect for us. Huge shout out to the manager Mina for always keeping us up to date with new openings and lease options. Communication is awesome with her and she's very attentive and knowledgeable with any and all of our needs. “Kansas facility about a month ago was not hassled or pressured so I decided to get a unit two months later. gentleman was very nice, courteous informative. He took his time throughout the whole process and explained every thing thoroughly they even have hands-free access to the property . I would recommend this place definitely and yes, Azazon and I did get one myself”

“So, we're new to the RV game and my wife and I purchased an Airstream in July, we wanted to make sure that our new baby was well watched after and cared for. And since we knew that our first series of trips would be north of LA into the Central Coast, we thought that a space in the valley would make the most sense. What a gem this place is! Fully secured, you need to call the office for entrance to the lot. Patty, the gatekeeper is a Diamond in the rough. So pleasant, professional and thorough. The fact that she has a smile on her face 100% of the time is just icing on the case. Dave, Chris and Jose, you guys all rock. But a special mention has to go out to Bob, who not only is a ball of positive energy whenever I see him, but goes above and beyond when help is needed. Just today, the chain on the stabilizing bar of my Blue Ox got jammed. Bob took the time to assess the situation, grab the appropriate tools and remedy the problem, all with a smile. He probably spent 20 minutes working this problem for me and I'm so grateful that he did. I haven't even mentioned the valet service! Yes. You simply pull your RV into the lot, un-hitch and they'll park it for you whether you have an indoor or outdoor space. Not sure how other RV storage facilities operate but these guys knock it out of the park. If they were closer to the 101 or the 405 they'd be getting 10 stars from me but since that's out of their control, 5 enthusiastic stars will have to do.”

“There are two Golden State Storage locations close to where I needed a storage service. I called the one slightly closer to me (I won't name that location). The guy on the phone was somewhat rude and practically hung up on me as I asked some questions. So, not wanting to do any business with that 1st introduction, I searched for another storage location. That's when I found Golden State Storage on Sepulveda. I am so happy I did. When I spoke to Peggy, she was kind and friendly. She gave me all the information I needed without any problems. She had all the paperwork ready for me to sign the next business day. I met Sarah who was also amazing. I purchased a lock from them and was shown my storage unit. It was a simple and easy process. This facility just had some renovations completed which included a new security system, repainted office and a new rolling door on my unit. I am very pleased with the 4 months I have kept my belongings in this facility. Peggy and Sarah are true professional and run a great ship. They helped me thru a difficult time in my life as I transitioned from one place to another. I am happy to write this review and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for someplace to store their belongings long or short term.”

“I just used NMS in July 2023, to move across the Country! They were fabulous from start to finish. They were extremely responsive with all my questions, supporting my schedule and generous with supplies. It was an absolute pleasure working with Jack (Brittany, Jolene).I was incredibly reluctant to use a local /long distance carrier based on reading negative reviews and speaking with people (who made interstate moves), however, using a'Cube', renting a truck, etc., wasnt for me.My honest and fabulous dentist (Dr. Solow) recommended NMS and I was more than pleased. Ifelt it was good business sense to get one more quote from another company.I disliked the experience (from the initial phone call thru the rep coming to my home).NMS partners with Atlas Van Lines.
