“Love this place! Mr Singh is super responsive and always happy to answer my millions of questions/provide shipping estimates/etc. This place really takes the stress off of selling things online. Not only do they do a great job packing (as I know from people leaving happy reviews on my online shop) but they do it quickly, and best of all they really make a big effort to find the least expensive shipping method without sacrificing the quality of packaging on an item by item basis.Mr Singh always seems to know the most cost effective solution to safely get something where I need it to go, and this expertise puts money back in my pocket! Highly recommend utilizing this shop if you have an online store, or if you just want to ship something safely for the best price possible.”

“Service know-how AND availability. Translation: Your Rep knew how to overcome technical roadblocks to get my "printme" items printed. Situation: we were stressing how to overcome a particular "weird-tagged" item (not a PDF, nor a WORD, nor whatever the normal tags are) for the Staples Rep to open and print (BTW, your rep couldn't even open the two-item email that contained both the one WORD doc, and the one doc with that weird-tagged item, both in the one email. But when I resent them in two separate emails, the Rep was able to open the WORD doc and print it, but he was not able to open the other weird-tagged doc). Finally, I asked, and the Rep did, go to the federal website where he was able to down load that weird-tagged doc and print it, and then I had to manually fill it out with a pen, and he provided me a copy of it; and then the Rep printed all my stuff (50-pages in total), sell me a big envelope and big paper clips, AND print a UPS label, AND place it on the big envelope, AND most important, send the envelope that evening, even working a little overtime because of the deadline I was under to have a receipt showing my item was in an Overnight delivery service by 1/20/25. You may remember that 1/20/25 was Martin Luther King Day AND Inauguration Day. So, I am VERY thankful you guys were open till 8pm and had ALL that I needed to make sure I met my deadline. Thank you so Very Much for your Rep’s know-how, Patience, and Dedication; to assure that I was Very Well taken care of. KUDOS to you all for your Availability AND Kindness.”

“TLC postal is a very good place to send my packages. I’ve been there multiple times and and Shane in the afternoons help me out really well. She’s very professional very polite and considerate. Makes me want to go back and be comfortable with sending my packages.”

“I love this post office! It's such a cool building. It doesn’t give you that droney dmv feeling. Shoot... even the dmv is more comfortable than the other post offices. Yeah, it can get slow, but the clerks are providing the services that get your mail addressed correctly so it can make it to its destination. & I blame the customers for not coming in prepared (not having their item packaged &/or not having any kind of labels filled out. Ugh, thanks) for that. & the main clerk is kind, efficient & friendly & I'm always bummed when someone else is filling in for her.”
“The workers here are always kind. I drop off a lot of packages on a weekly basis and have yet to have one lost or not checked in. Always are welcoming when I come in as well. My mail lady always drops off my packages with kindness at my doorstep or in the parcel containers at our mailboxes. I can tell she cares and I appreciate that so much.”
“Great service by one of the ladies working this afternoon. I received an email that my package was being held at this location. Went right in, was greeted, then asked to see an ID, she found my package quickly, even asked if I would like to use their cart to take to my car, that was very kind, since I've never been offered the cart before. I chose to carry it myself, but very thankful & thoughtful. Great service!”
“My son works for a post office and I see another side. It is a really demanding job. They often have mandatory overtime, sometimes delivering 12 hours a day. I am much more patient now that I understand what they go through. I hope this will help others be kind and patient with all postal workers.”
