Store ambiance and cleanliness is outstanding. It's our favorite place in Woodland to shop but darn the cost is too darn high for pensioners like us to shop at Nugget very often.”

“First time at this location. I was in Woodland to visit Costco and said there's got to be a Grocery Outlet close by! We had looked all over town for a Thanksgiving ham and hoped GA would save the day.....of which they did! Smaller than other Grocery Outlet locations but left no shortage of a variety of perishable, soft line and hardline items. Back to the ham hunt: I almost left the store ham-less because I didn't see any, until I noticed a family in line...with a ham! The dad directed me to where the hams were and I still didn't see them! I asked an employee and turns out they were just a stones throw from me; I had a blind spot and overlooking one small location. Grocery Outlet, thank you for (economically) saving Thanksgiving!”

“This place is almost a one-stop-shop for everything. From apple juice to yams and then some. They have a deli that serves up delicious lunches, hot or cold, sandwiches, soups, etc you name it, you got it. Helpful, friendly staff always willing to go the extra mile. Can't find it? Just ask someone, they'll take you right to it. They a great greeting card section with great choices for any occasion. Alongside that is a great floral department willing to custom make your most precious selection a guaranteed hit whatever the occasion. Produce is always fresh and crisp. Meat department serves up the best variety of beef, pork, and chicken. Not sure how to cook that London broil? Ask the butcher, he'll give you the best advice and it's always spot on. So whatever you go to 3 or 4 stores for, you can cut out the miles, save a little time spending some time to explore the deepest corners of this little gem of a grocery store. Boldly hidden in the depths of Woodland. Easy to get to from the 113, off at Gibson and go east one block and you are there. Grab a lunch special or a whole cartful of food and flowers, but be sure to check it out. You won't be disappointed.”

“I stopped here on the way home For gas. I went inside to grab a drink and the amazing smell of fried chicken was overwhelming. I stood at the counter with my purchase telling the guy behind the counter how good it smelled. He replied that the chicken was really good. At that time someone was bringing some fresh pieces out and I just had to get a couple pieces. I got two thighs. I couldn't even wait until I got home to try it because the smell of fried chicken was surrounding me in my car. Oh my God. Delicious and crunchy. I haven't had fried chicken like this in years. I'm so happy to have discovered this place. Why aren't more people talking about it? Do they not know about this gem tucked away in Woodland in a gas station?!”

I hate doing my own groceries, I stand in line for someone who works the register, so it will keep jobs, people don't realize what they have done, by doing their own groceries, we have lost so many jobs by being impatient. And the stores are getting more money and paying fewer people. And now the store doesn't pay health insurance ,vacation,sick, and keeping more money. It's sad, but we have done this to ourselves. Because we are so impatient. The greed is real”

“I've never been to this before, as soon as I walked in I was amazing by the cleanliness of the store. I live 40 miles away and have other choices , but I was in town so I stopped by. More importantly, and the reason I'm writing this review is Timo, let me say it again, Timo. I have never even used Yelp but I downloaded Yelp just to make sure he is recognized. I didn't have enough money to get all my stuff, so i asked him to set a few things aside while I switch funds around. How embarrassing right, no, not at all with Timo.The passion, grace and understanding he expressed was heart warming. Timo never once rolled his eyes or treated me like some poor ( literally) jerk, he made me feel right at home, at peace and not panicked. To go one step further as I was still nickel and dimming around and feeling like the scum of earth he literally offers me .20 cents , yes you read that right .20cents Is what I needed to complete my purchase. I did have it in the bottom of my purse, but the simple fact he even offered blew me away. I should have been mortified, but I wasn't because of the way he treated me. I hope this review isn't taken lightly and who ever reads this understands the full power of his kindness. I could go on and say more about this young man but I think i'm running out of space. I will come back to this store for the sole way i was treated. Times have hit really hard this last week and Timo really is an example how the kindness everyone should express and expect from one another. He is a role model”
