“We used this facility for a celebration of life. It's a little run down but everything worked well, the service was great, the food and drinks were very good and everything went very smoothly. I don't know the cost, so I can't say anything about the prices.”

“I transferred to Sacramento for work and after my initial accommodations fell through I was feeling low. I drove around the area for hours wondering what to do, and came upon it hidden behind some big trees. There was a bit of construction for an accessibility ramp, I think, so the front desk was inaccessible. A number was posted and I called. It was quickly answered and the owner, I think, met me promptly. The staff is very kind, friendly, and professional. And in less than 10 minutes I had a room. The room itself had a single king bed, and the room is large, the bathroom too! There is a fridge and microwave below a TV.The bed is firm, but not too firm. Everything looked clean. The ice machine is a little hidden.”

“This place is super clean, and they were absolutely amazing to work with. I travel all over the country and these people understand customer service the best. They treat you like family”

“I wish I could leave negative stars. I have a disability and travel with a dog. I made the reservation online and requested a downstairs ada room. I then called twice, a week before and the day of my check in, just to make sure I would have a room downstairs and to let them know i would be arriving late at night. Both times woman on the phone said ‘No problem’. I get there at 11pm and I am told there are no rooms downstairs and the only available is on the third floor. This place has no elevator. The person at the desk was professional however he “couldn’t” move the room down any floors, refused to issue a refund and wasn’t “allowed” to assist me in carrying luggage up the stairs. Needless to say, one of my top 3 worst experiences at a hotel. There’s nothing like having to strap your bag to your body with a dog leash and crawl up 3 flights of dirty stairs at in the middle of the night.”

“The front desk person was really nice and efficient in checking us in. The bed was fairly comfortable. It did make a weird boom sound every time we moved. I think it was the metal base.Rooms: Nice room. It was clean but I think they forgot to sweep the floor or the sweeper was not working properly. Other than that it was a nice room.”

“Was among the cheapest places in the area, and was not excited when I realized it's a drive-up, motor inn type place, but the rooms were perfectly clean and modern, and the beds were amazing. It was quiet and everything worked. A surprise gem.”

“If you book the cheapest room on the Internet expecting Hilton Head Island Resort accommodations you out of your mind. It's a budget motel that is kept up better than most. With that said the staff is pleasant. Rooms are modest. If you want a fridge, pay the extra. It's located close to the airport, ideal for quick overnighters. Sure, the occasional geek'd out transit falls out of the dumpster. But that's life, get over it.I recommend and will stay again.Walkability: Food in walking distance. On bus line.”
