“Been a customer for a few years now. The biggest thing with this internet service is you need as clear of a line of sight to a tower for the best results. Luckily we have a very nice clear shot so our internet is amazing. We live in the country and our only other options were a hot spot(we tried for years and it was horrible), satellite(I will not pay their prices because we had it growing up and it was horrible) or AFES and it has been the best by far we have used, they are very helpful when we have called in, I think alot of the bad reviews on here are people wanting internet like you can get in town and it just isn't possible. So please don't let the negative reviews cloud your judgement.”

“Had trouble finding a place that would be able to fix the broken screen on my MacBook Pro at a reasonable price after being quoted around $800 at an official Apple store. Found University Wireless and got quoted less than half of the price at the Apple store. The replacement screen took three days to ship and he was able to fix my screen on the same day. Honest worker and would recommend”

“when my dial-up service via Omsoft stopped working, Omsoft first tried to solve it remotely. that failed. So Rob came out to my rural home (less than 10 miles from his office) to diagnose. this was during early COVID months, before vaccines available. so we were both masked and keeping distance. I gave Rob a pair of surgical gloves. he was able to locate the problem , which was with their dial-up provider. tried to get provider to fix it. tried to make a workaround. failed. so Rob provided me an LTE modem that worked on 3G and 4G. we were hoping that dial-up would soon get fixed. didn't happen. so for nearly 2 years I've been using that LTE modem and paying only dial-up price. now at end of April 2022, that will end and I will need to switch to a different 5G modem at higher price. while I could save a few bucks per month by going to a different ISP, I appreciate how good Rob has been to me. who else would have come to my house to try to diagnose and fix during Dec 2020 ?? none of the big firms for sure. so I will stick with Omsoft. they have been loyal to me and I will be loyal to the. (by the way, I always thank them and express appreciation for help.)”

“This is my review about the Davis store (not the Comcast Internet service) where I received incredible customer service. I can feel intimidated and in over my head when shopping for my technology needs. Christian was incredibly kind and helpful and never once condescending (which younger tech reps can sometimes be). Christian explained to me in a way I could understand why I had to replace my Fire Box with a Xumo Box in order to replace my TV remote (my purpose for coming to the store). He wrote down the basic instructions for me so I would not forget once I brought the box and remote home. His was truly above-and-beyond service; very helpful. I wish more tech stores would hire such persons.”
