After accidentally dropping my Samsung Galaxy S21 in a pool, I was convinced it was done for. It wouldn't turn on.. The phone had years of family photos, messages, and memories on it, so I was pretty stressed.

I brought it to University Wireless, and Frank was incredible upon walking in. He took the time to explain what had likely happened, what my options were, and what he realistically thought the chances of success were. He was knowledgeable, honest, and never once tried to upsell me.

To my amazement, Frank brought my phone back to life. My daughter asked if he had magical powers (like Elsa, her favorite right now). Not only did he repair it quickly, but he also charged an incredibly fair price. I will be back and HIGHLY recommend him and his shop.

Finding someone who genuinely cares more about helping people than maximizing a sale is rare these days. You can tell he takes pride in his work and treats every customer's device like it's his own.

If you have any issue with your phone, whether it's water damage, a broken screen, battery problems, or anything else, do yourself a favor and go to University Wireless first, The best shop in Davis I have been to yet (been here 6 months) and that includes restaurants etc. Frank earned a customer for life,.
