Terrible customer service. Came in for ready to switch home internet but was so turned off by the upselling of bundles and never once giving me a quote for what I actually wanted. Waste of time.

There is bad service then there’s Xfinity.Stay away from this company. Horrible mobile service.The phone connection is horrible, I regret switching from a different company to save $20 a month.

The most useless place you can visit. They dont do anything related to constumer service there. Don't go there if you need to get anything done with your account.
