Saro, the technician who came to my home, was very knowledgeable and helpful in diagnosing and fixing the problem. Would recommend them for any Samsung appliance issues.”

“I had issues with my iPhone charging. I brought my phone in and even though it's an older 7 model Robert worked on it to see if it was a minor issue and it was. He cleaned it and he said no charge because there were no repairs or replacements needed. Totally rare to find honest and gracious people. I'll definitely be back if I ever have any issues with any of my tech equipment.”

“Came across his place on a Google search, I had gotten dust into my viewfinder I assume when the prior owner to Mexico and I foolishly tried to clean it out damaging some parts. Knowing the parts I damaged id assumed it might cost more to repair then the value of the camera but decided on a long shot to swing by. I'd gone to Sam's a few days prior and by the reviews I already knew it could be bad, showed it to Mike and I loved his honesty and recommended an approach option that would be economical and within an hour and a half he was finished. He really knows his stuff and won't try to push you like other shops, I can appreciate an honest man who does care for his craft. I rarely give reviews but hes a great man for the camera community if you are in the area and are tired of dealing with the big shops that treat you like any other guy coming through the door then mike is definitely a great option for ya. “My experience at your Fullerton store was very positive. Daniel who helped me initially was very positive. I needed a new battery for my flip phone and he was very helpful about the process. Upon my return to get my battery installed i was able to get that done within 24 hrs. When I picked up my phone they were very busy but work was still getting done. As I was waiting, there were several other customers waiting. A very irate woman came in and Ms. Ponce came out to help her and although the woman went on and on but during everything, Ms. Ponce remained calm and let the woman go on until she was done and left satisfied. The store obviously needs more staff. However, my experience was positive.”
“Excellent results! I've taken several woofers in for reconing and all sound and look like new. Highly recommend this repair shop for your speakers. I suggest customers remove the woofers themselves from the cabinets before bringing them in to avoid extra charges.”

“Mark came out to reconnect our entertainment center after it had been stored for many months due to a water leak restoration. The electronics were a mess. There had been some attempt by the company that disassembled it to label cables but they were confusing and not complete. We have multiple applications including surround sound. Mark is exceptional. Not only is he professional and knowledgeable, but he is patient (we asked a lot of questions!), helpful, cheerful and high energy. He got us back up better than it was before. If we could give him 10 stars we would!”

I brought my sewing machine in on a Saturday morning, got a call from them a few hours later, and before they closed at 4, I had a tuned up machine back in my possession. “I wish more people ran their business like this one. Such a relief to find an honest place to fix my phone. I told him how I dropped my phone and what symptoms it had since and he was certain of what the problem was and how much it would cost. We met which was fine. In fact we met in front of his old place of business and I could see his old sign. I was fine with that because the way he presented himself was respectful. He fixed my phone in a half hour and was so polite, courteous, friendly. When he handed me the phone it looked brand new with not only the screen fixed but a new battery plus screen protector. I'm such a happy costumer and will highly recommend this business. P.S. I did go to another place and handed my phone to them but they kept telling me too many things that could be wrong with my phone and changing our agreement. I am very glad I went with my instinct and got back on yelp to find this gem.”

“I recently got water damage on my MacBook and urgently needed to have the inside cleaned to give it the best chance of survival. I decided to go to Alice Computerworks because they don’t require reservations, and I didn’t have to wait or go through the lengthy procedures you get at the Apple Genius Bar. I brought my laptop in, and within an hour they had cleaned the inside of my MacBook. The service was super fast and the people there were very helpful.
If your laptop ever suffers water damage, I highly recommend bringing it here so you can get it looked at immediately. Even if the damage is severe and parts need replacing, they can handle the repairs and even help communicate with Apple, so you don’t have to worry about it yourself.”
“What can I say about AB & B Electronics that hasn't been said already? I had a technics 1200 mk 1 that I pulled out of storage this past X-mas. After so many years of non-use I noticed that the turntable platter demonstrated an inconsistent speed and the anti-skate on the turntable had a LOT of drift. Additionally, I noticed that despite getting new speaker wires, new speakers, and an integrated amplifier there was a distinctive hum that would play when my turntable was at rest. I found AB & B Electronics when I typed "Turntable repair in OC". I called him and told him the problems I noticed and he told me to bring it in for inspection (with a $40 deposit for diagnostics).Now, I will say that when I visited the business I was shocked that it was essentially the garage connected to his house and it was just him and one other technician. I can tell you that I'm glad I took a chance with Ed. Though the operation is pretty small it punches well above it's weight for knowledge and service. Upon a cursory inspection of my turntable Ed noticed that the ground wire for my turntable was missing the end-piece which he told me was likely the reason why my speakers was emitting a noticeable hum. He fixed that on the spot for no charge. While Ed was looking over my turntable I decided to "kick the tires" on his knowledge. What I appreciate about Ed is that unlike most of the young stereo repair people I know/worked with, he was knowledgeable yet not pretentious. Ed and his father owned (forever ago) owned an electronics store for quite a few years. He told me about a time when he use to go house to house (and to the local prison) to repair old televisions, radios, transistors, and media cabinets that had broken down. Additionally, Ed demonstrated a deep knowledge about turntables and the difference between mechanical turntables vs. electronic turntables.After our conversation Ed looked over the turntable he quoted a time window in which to expect my turntable to be ready for pick-up. One week later, Ed called me to let me know that he had completed the repair on my turntable. Let me tell you, my old technics turntable sounds like it has received a second life. I cannot write enough about how impressed I am with his work. Ed's experience lends itself to being an expert with not only repairing old/dated audio equipment but also modern equipment as well.If there is a "knock" I would have to say that because Ed manages everything himself you may have to call ahead if you want to schedule your service and call ahead to pick up. Also, it's a cash only (so keep that in mind), but the price he charges is super reasonable.”

“ook my laptop in yesterday (2/29). I had a problem with the AC jack, a part had fallen out of it years ago and I was finally attempting to revive it. I brought it in, and right away the owner could see what the problem was. I got a text later that day saying that it would be available the next day (3/1). I texted back in the early afternoon confirming if it was ready and it was!
Obviously, whether your laptop is ready the next day depends on what you need to fix it and whether or not they have the part for it. If I have any future laptop or computer issues, The Laptop Experts will be the first place I go. A very good first impression!”
