“Ok, so I recently heard what a gate analysis is & wanted to get one. I searched for the nearest store and Run Republic came up. I called to verify & Lorenzo confirmed they provide a free gait analysis. I was shook to learn everything Lorenzo told me about my feet lol but nonetheless I am very thankful. He recommended a variety of shoes and explained why he recommended them. He answered ALL my questions and although they didn't have the color of shoes I wanted, he was able to order them. I am soooooo excited to start my running journey. Thank you Lorenzo! I worked in customer service for many years and always appreciate when someone provides great customer service.”

He wants to let Savage Suiting & anyone reading this know... "They were very open as far as treating my groomsmen and I with joy, like we were their own family forgetting that we are costumers. With me not being to knowledgeable in the suit game they were very patient and gave me ideas/ options, so that was very helpful. Lastly, the suit itself I am happy with. I went ahead and got a custom Ivory double breasted coat with custom designs. This is coming from someone who doesn't live close to them, I would highly recommend even if you have to drive." Since my first fitting I have brought in my dad and girlfriend and both were blown away by the knowledge and quality customer service Jacob provided! This store offers an extensive fitting process by utilizing a machine that scans your feet and analyzing how you run on the treadmill to give you the best shoe recommendation possible based on their tools results. “Wow can't believe it's been so many years since I've been here. I wasn't even planning to stop by cuz I was literally on my way to walk to my car but I just had to stop in for 5 minutes at least. I had my dog with me so it had to be quick. Within those 5 minutes, I found the cutest long sleeve crop top and a cute simple sweater. “We love Melissa, she is very informative. However, make sure your ballet teacher approves the Pointe Shoes you purchase because if not, you need to return it for another. That will be a ballet school and teacher preference and not the Pointe Shop's as they know what works for your feet shape and growth. However the ballet schools each have their own styles and goals for your feet. Therefore make sure you keep the ballet shoes pristine and returnable if the teacher asks for another style.”

“My daughter loves the goth style and so I brought her here and we both loved it. The staff was especially friendly and super helpful. The store had so many cool clothing pieces that you see online but rarely see in person. The only thing I wish is that there were more sizes available. We had a hard time finding smalls and extra smalls. We love this unique store and if you're not local it is very worth the drive.”

“I always have a great experience at a Penguin store. And this location is no different. I usually come when they're not too crowded and the customer service is impeccable. There have been times when I've basically been given personal shopper like service. It was great! But even when I've been here and they're busy I am greeted upon entering and there's always someone who is quick to come over and politely ask if I need help with anything. It's great!I love Penguin clothes. I wear at least 1 piece of their clothing almost every day. And being able to go sopping in person vs online is great. I wish most of their other stores hadn't closed down over the years. But this location is always a must visit when I am in the area. They're always having sales and the inventory is always great. It's hard for me to come here & not pick up at least one thing.”

“We went to almost every store here at the Block looking for a suit (or equivalent separates) and came up zero at every one of them (common size I guess). On our way out, saw Perry Ellis and decided to try there. Boy, do I wish we'd come here first. Great selection (multiple in the size we needed, versus basically none at the other stores), great prices, and Ricardo was incredibly helpful. Informative, gave great advice, and very nice. Glad we came here. Highly recommend this store and Ricardo in particular.”

Katy was so nice and helpful to me, and I could tell she really cared for my needs. She suggested specific pieces she thought would work best for me and they were PERFECT. “Purchased shoes online for my son and they weren't just right. The Store Manager and a co-worker we're dealing with a difficult couple who insisted that the shoes they were trying to return were not worn, they were. The staff was gracious and patient with them and the couple ended up irate and taking video and pictures. The Store Manager moved from that transaction to mine. She did not let it impact my transaction. I picked a different pair and they did not have them in store and we were able to order them online and they are being shipped to our home with free shipping. We love ASICS. Great shoes, good value and wonderful customer service!”

“I come here when I need well-made shoes that are going to last a long time. With that said, I don't come here very often. Today, I went looking for boots. And I was not disappointed. I found two styles that were really nice. I was the only one in the store and the staff there was very accommodating. They checked my foot size. They assisted with putting the shoes on and off. They went into the back and got the right size for me and were able to order the correct size and color of style that I wanted. I find their customer service excellent. I know others here have said the staff has been rude. I did not have that experience.”

Although busy both ladies were super attentive and helpful. I was planning on going somewhere else for price comparison.
