“I walked in looking for a similar scent to one I loved that had been discontinued. Juliette was such a Godsend! She was helpful and even went to get several scents for me to try. I left with two different scents and all the ancillary products to layer them. The BOGO on the parfum was amazing! Also the girls at the register are productive and great multi-taskers!”

“This is the largest Big 5 I have been to and it's nice with lots of stock.
The only thing all the Big 5 stores could do better is offering assistance to the customers. Sure, they'll greet you when you come in, but you may have to chase someone down for assistance.”
“My family and I love visiting the Anaheim store when we visit each summer.
On our most recent visit, my son and I each bought Pelé Soccer hats; black for him, white for me. Unfortunately, when I unpacked mine upon arriving home, I was disappointed to notice it was discolored. I called the store and Alex was immediately kind, understanding, and helpful. He assured me they could replace it for me and put me in contact with manager David Rojas. David promptly replaced the hat, packaged it in a store bag, FedEx’d it, and all the while kept me apprised of the progress. I didn’t have to do a thing. Thank you both for such phenomenal customer service and we’ll see you again soon!”

“I love this gym! The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and always willing to help. There are classes offered almost every hour, which makes it super convenient with a busy schedule. Everyone is so friendly—it really feels like a community. They even have couches and a TV for kids to relax while you work out, which is such a thoughtful touch. Personal training is also available, and the coaches do a great job working with injuries and individual needs”
“I went in this week to get a back support brace for a new job I started. When I went to work the first day I found out my new job provides the back brace. I headed back to Big 5 sports to try to see if I could return it for a refund or exchange and this awesome dude named Luke helped me without any issues or concerns. Thank you man, you’re great.”

“After seeing FB ads for Big 5, I went to my local store in Orange to look for some shoes. Not only did I buy a nice pair of shoes at 1/3 the price of other popular stores, I found a few other small items at great prices. Helpful staff and easy checkout.”
“I was at the Columbia store this morning. The store has a great selection of clothes and jackets. And most everything is on sale. There a lot of items at 50 percent off so its a good time to shop there. Make sure you go there in before noon because the parking lot fills up quickly. The sales people are courteous, respectful, and friendly. I love shopping there. If you sign up with Cokumbia, you will accumulate discounts.”
“Huge store, plenty of parking. However their selection was lackluster and I couldn’t find anything worthy to purchase. I wanted to score some Angels 250th jerseys but they were full price! Ended up leaving with just a pair of Jordan shorts. I had expected to score at least a couple of pairs of decent basketball shoes but most of what they had was B or C tier models and colorways. But a lovely store - as long as you can find what you’re looking for!”

“This is the closest Big 5 to me and it's a decent location.
The store is clean and well stocked.
Every time I stop in for something, they had it on hand. It's never really crowded so no line at checkout. The girl that works here on Saturday is not the friendliest and seemed to not want to be there.
Management needs to check her quick.
Otherwise, a very good Big 5 location with plenty of parking.”

“Yorba Linda isn’t a huge store so it feels more like Ma and Pa… Staff is great with everything you might need.. We went in for camping gear and found all we needed in 20 min. Oh.. also bought an Odyssey Putter for under $200 Pretty hard to beat that.. I recommend highly for all your sports needs”
