“There is a guy name Juan who works at O’Reilly’s in Redlands off of Orange. This guy is the man. He was very helpful for me. He went out of his way and beyond to help me with an issue on my car part. Also I had a battery issue and he helped me with my battery he gave me some great advice and my truck is running like a brand new truck. I am grateful for Juan. I recommend this man to have a raise a significant raise. He is an asset to this company. I don’t wanna deal with nobody but Juan, his customer service was superb. He treated me like if I was his family member and I’m black and I really appreciate that. God bless you Mr. Juan!”
“This is my neighborhood O'Reilly and there is always a knowledgeable associate ready to help you. In this particular visit I was buying parts for a tune up and was mistakenly sold a part that was not in store. Luckily, since I was heading to Beaumont CA, the Beaumont location did have the part, so, they contacted that store informed them of the situation and my part was ready for me when I arrived. They do their best to serve their customers.”
