“Great experience! Took it in for a timing belt/water pump replacement on my 3rd Gen 4Runner. They got it completed in a day. Also performed a full vehicle inspection and noted other things that needed to done. Very transparent about their pricing, and letting me choose to work on things that I wanted to complete myself. Kinda pricey, but you get what you pay for. But I knew my 4Runner was in great hands of a shop that cares. Communication and payment options were great. Would definitely recommend taking your Toyota here!”

“We've taken our '07 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Ez and his mechanics at Quality Auto 3 times now. Been very happy with the work they've done each time. The most recent work they did was on a tough job that involved having to saw 2 large, hardened clevis bolts apart to get the struts out. Then they replaced the control arms, struts and shocks, and did an alignment. They did a great job, the price was fair, and the car now drives and runs like it's practically brand new.
I highly recommend Quality Auto. They always give you honest info, a fair price and an outstanding repair job.”

“This place is the best. Often shops will insist you need a zillion $ worth of repairs when it's either not true at all or falls under the 'nice to do but not essential' category. I explained out of the gate that this is a very old car and my plan for the not too distant future is to bring it to Canada to leave for occasional family use. It would not make sense to pour a ton of money into it now. Cameron totally understood my perspective and didn't suggest anything was even necessary - he said that eventually there was something to be done, but not anytime soon. They did the more immediate thing I brought it for, and it was far more affordable than I anticipated and done very quickly. They're straightforward and honest mechanics and I am never taking my car anywhere else.”

“I had an issue with my A/C that had persisted for weeks. I came to Urban Autocare in Arvada after searching for quality auto shops in Denver. The Denver location was fully booked for the next week, but the kind person at the shop helped me contact the Arvada shop for a next-day appointment. When I dropped off my car the next morning, the man at the front desk rode in the car with me so he could hear exactly what I was concerned about. He quickly explained their thorough inspection process, which was nice. I went on my way, and a few hours later, my car was ready! Because the A/C problem was an easy fix, they did not charge me more than the inspection costs. They also assured me they inspected for a deeper issue and signs of damage, but found nothing to worry about. I haven’t had an issue with my A/C since. These folks really took care of me, which I rarely feel happens at an autocare shop these days. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality and professional car care. They’ve made a repeat customer out of me!”
