No. But did Japanese Auto Service make it as painless as possible? Yes. They were professional and upfront, and I really liked the convenience of being able to look at their recommendations, approve work, and pay online.”
“Joel and his team are awesome. I purchased a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee limited from Auto Nation Chrysler Jeep on March 5th of this year. Within the first day I noticed a pinging in the engine when I took off from a red light or stop sign, Turning the wheel when backing out or into a parking spot there was a loud creeking noise, between 40 and 60 mph it felt like it wanted to die, smelt a burning smell, didn't want to pull hills very gd.After getting the jeep diagnosed, underneath they found that the part (frame or ?) that holds the engine, transmission and everything else up had the bolts to where you could turn them with your fingers, the fluids needed flushed and refilled, wrong size spark plugs and so on. I pay for an extended warranty but it doesn't cover maintenance cost. AUTO NATIONS MECHANICS SHOULD OF HAD ALL THIS STUFF FIXED BEFORE SELLING THE VEHICLE. VERY UNSAFE.NO WONDER THE SALESMAN OR THE GUYS THAT WRITE UP THE FINAL PAPER WORK WOULDN'T RETURN MY CALLS SHORTLY AFTER MY PURCHASE. I GAVE THEM A 5 STAR RATING THAT VERY DAY AND NOW I WILL REWRITE MY REVIEW”

“In February my Catalytic converter was stolen from my truck. I had Adolph's do the repair and they did a great job, they offered to build and weld a protective shield around the new Catalytic converter. I took this offer.About a week after the repair I drove my truck to find a noise coming from underneath the truck so I took it back to Adolph's and the shield was tampered with. Yes somebody tried to steal the new Catalytic converter, but they couldn't get it cause the protective shield didn't allow it.Replacing a Catalytic converter is very expensive, so I recommend getting the shield it works.John”
