“Bought a recently used all in one PC from them. Friendly service, but the sales/repair guys couldn't answer some specific questions about it because it's processed by other staff at a warehouse, so just be aware of that. They threw in a wifi adapter when we took it home and it didn't connect. PC has worked well since was happy to support local and smaller business.”

“Rick was a pleasure to work with. Called him on a Friday morning asking if he could replace my MacBook Air battery. He said he didn't have the one I needed on hand but could get it the next day. Brought it in the next day and had a new battery in there in about an hour. Nice guy, too. Happy to give him 5 stars.Updating my previous review from a month ago.... Just had Rick replace the battery on my iPhone XR and he did a great job in a timely manner and fair price. If you stay and talk to him, you'll find a really nice guy who just wants to give good service based on his expertise. Another 5 star experience.”

“We started buying our servers from Howard 20 years ago. His prices were always fair and the service excellent. He built us some extraordinary Supermicro servers. We are shutting down our operations now and have realized that short of swapping drives out we have not powered down several of his servers in more than a decade. They never missed a beat. Thanks Howard! I'm sure your team is managing things in your fashion. Cloud or no cloud, skilled honest support still runs the show.”

“Super nice and amazing. Took my old computer in afternoon time they close at 5 and by 4 they said it was all done. Made my day. After a long time of sitting there collecting dust. “Found these guys on OfferUp and purchased an iMac from them. So happy I did because it works amazing AND they fixed the battery and logic board on my MacBook Air for a VERY reasonable price. His cheeriness and willingness to actually LISTEN is refreshing in this day and age of bland, gray, unhelpful customer service. Even if you don't live in Parker you should bring ALL your computer problems to Daktronix. Your problems will end there.”

“I brought my HP laptop that is older in because I was having so many storage problems and problems with the antivirus that I installed on it which was Norton was having so many problems that it was frustrating to even try and use. I don't do a lot on the laptop I can get my way around somewhat but not real computer literate but I took it in and Adam went through every possible thing for me showed me everything he did and what he could do to help me out I would give him six stars but they only give you room for five I would definitely recommend taking your laptop in to have them explain or fix any problems you have my experience was great”

“I ordered a new LG television and on the delivery day in October the Geek Squad delivery Agent was out sick. The delivery was about to be cancelled however supervisor John Marsh was able to pull together a team and I got my delivery on time. Double Agent Daniel Jay Rainey and assistant Brian Welsh came to my residence and completed a superior installation.I highly recommend Best Buy and this team.Chuck”

“I recently had a great experience at this store! Not sure I understand why people are rating 1 star. Booking an appointment in advance was a breeze, and I was pleasantly surprised when the staff accommodated my early arrival to fix the broken camera lens on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. Despite the limitation that they could only swap out parts for iPhone 14 and newer, the team was incredibly friendly and attentive. While I couldn't get my issue fixed without spending a substantial amount, their customer service made the overall experience positive.”

“I found a refurbished tough book at Like New. These are uncommon and the machine is in excellent condition. The price was very reasonable, and the staff was able to get it fully configured on the same day. I had a very good interaction and am pleased with the overall experience. I had used a different (local) computer service company but will likely go back to Like New with future service needs.”
