“I bought gasoline for my truck here. I checked my air pressure in the tires and two tires were showing low air pressure. I was surprised to learn that they offer free air service to their customers. That was really nice and quite unusual in this day and age.”

“The location didn't really have a place for me to sit and wait, but they let me borrow an office chair so I could use a pile of boxes to work from my laptop while I waited for my hitch install. The install took as long as estimated, and the price was unbeatable relative to other places I got quotes from. The hitches themselves are the same models as those sold by non uhaul locations, just with a generic name. Satisfied and would get a hitch from UHaul again.”

“This place is what society and commerce has been missing recently. Competent, friendly, helpful service is what you can expect. Their numerous 5 star reviews are dead on. My experience? Had the gas lines cut on my popup and 20lb propane bottles stolen along with all the pressure regulators. I walked in after visiting 3 different camping stores trying to find A- what I needed and B- someone who was knowledgeable and could answer my questions. Tammy was super friendly but when I asked my questions, she said I'd need to wait to talk to the knowledgeable one, Tim, who was busy helping a customer. He walked in, looked at the gas cut lines on the counter and said, "Looks like someone stole the bottles off your old Coleman pop up!" What... the... heck... I knew immediately that I was in the right place. I asked about potential upgrades, etc and Tim was able to quickly answer and explain my system and what would work and what wouldn't. Luckily I had taken a picture of the LP system when we bought the camper and from that, and his extensive knowledge of all things propane, I was in and out of there in less than 15 minutes with a replacement set up for about 1/5 what a couple camper repair stores had quoted me to fix it. Got home and installed it on the camper in about 5 minutes. Did they ask for a 5 star review on Google? No, their service was just so good and rare to find these days, I knew its what I was doing as soon as I got home (and installed the new system).I absolutely LOVE finding hidden gems like this around Denver. You simply can not get this kind of knowledge or service from a big box store. I live all the way across town but will make it a point to come by and continue to support this local business. If you have any propane issues or needs, stop reading the reviews and just get over there! They simply are THE BEST! THANK YOU!”

“Great and fast service. One of the employees came right up to me, pointed me out where to park my RV and while I was getting outside, the employee was already working on filing my insurance 6 propane tank.

They were very professional and trusted me with the amount of propane to be charged and I went inside to pay.

“We are the new owners, and we have had a bit of a challenge with replacing employees who walked off the job. Issues such as not knowing the product, ie, hay v straw, was a temporary problem but has been quickly resolved. In the case of on a customer receiving hay for straw, it would've been detriment to us as well because grass costs twice as much as straw. I'm glad he got his money back but please know we have knowledgeable staff on board today!”

“Got a hitch installed on my Forester here. The manager and hitch pro in this shop were fantastic. Special shout out to the hitch pro (who's name I didn't catch, but he's a tall younger guy with glasses) he went above and beyond in helping me make sure everything was good with installation. You can tell he really knows his stuff and takes a lot of pride in his work.”

“The service wasn't over the top, yet, I find this location's rating low for no reason (at time of this review). The associate at the counter ensured efficient checkout, and his colleague addressed some items with the truck to mitigate any issues- appreciated. The QR codes are a bit clunky (with check in afterwards), but I credit Uhaul and not the location itself. (Both gentlemen did their best to explain what I needed to know) Arrived right before closure and that experience was smooth too. Unless other reviews from different sites, no overage either (I do wonder if any of the poor reviews are omitting info?) I'd recommend and plan to return when the need arises”

“We had to drop off a one way truck rental and Itzel G. was the team member who checked us in. After a long drive, Itzel was just what I needed! She was so pleasant, checked in our equipment quickly and thoroughly and we were good to go. TY Itzel!”

“I called the Uhaul customer service line because I do not have time to call each location to see which location has the pieces to install a hitch and also be able to do the correct wiring harness. The customer service lady gave me the Uhaul on the opposite side of town that had the correct pieces and could install the same day. Well I get over there to find out that they do have the correct pieces but the installation guy is out sick and the owner Dala does not know when he will return to reschedule. So I bought the pieces. At least I had the pieces and she nicely loaded them up for to me to take home. Ultimately, I feel like I should of been angry because services were not rendered. However the way the owner treated me and explained the situation truthfully being Memorial Day weekend to wreck my plans because her guy wanted an extra day off is really unacceptable. But Dala was exceptional giving me other options that another location can put it on for me. I'm going to go ahead and give Dala and this location 5 stars because at no time did she ever give me attitude or a problem. She had apologized and it is was it is. Thank goodness I did find another location to put it on but at least this location provided half of the project. I would still go back there to rent a truck or buy any type of moving necessities.”

“Excellent experience. Store is well stocked and organized with all needed moving supplies and lots of box options (including all inclusive kits with various packing supplies, box sizes, and tape). The staff is knowledgeable and helpful in providing excellent advice. The vehicle rental was highly efficient, easy, and quick check out and check in. Dylan helped with my vehicle rental. He was very efficient and explained everything in detail including mileage and gas/fueling policy (he was very clear about how it all works and the importance of ensuring the vehicle is returned with the same fuel level to avoid additional charges.) Returning the vehicle was very easy, completed in under 5 minutes. (Check out took 10 minutes tops). Vehicle was clean and well maintained. Naturally, the $19.95 rental is the base rate and does not include all the taxes, fees, mileage rate or the pretty much required insurance. The rate is closer to $35 to $40 a day (depending on mileage it could be more). It is still a great deal and the service was amazing. Highly recommend this location. Dylan and his team are amazing, efficient and kind. We will definitely use them again.”

“Rented a trailer from here. They had a lot of trucks and trailers ready to rent which can't be said about a lot of U-Hauls. I like that the location is specifically for uhaul and not also a firework stand or something like that. The people were very nice and helpful and also quick at getting me hooked up and unhooked.”
