“Wonderful place to get assistance for my family's mobility issues. We were able to contact Mobility Works and they helped get a stairlift for my parents home so they can easily traverse the stairs in their house. The Home-Access guy really explained everything and kept us informed throughout the purchase and installation process. Will be talking with them the next time I need something else. They have converted vans as well, however we were not looking for them at this time”

They also don't automatically find your account for agreed upon minimum monthly payments. Took me hours to get them to fund my account with the money I was owed. Never sharing my car with Avail again!!!”

“Contrary to the negative reviews I see here, both Abbe and Kenneth have gone up and beyond for customers while taking care of me. Just to see how she was able to handle customer retention up and beyond any other rental agencies I've been to was rewarding and refreshing. She's extremely nice and even provides leeway for customers that may not even be available when you call these companies directly. I can't speak for other reviewers' experiences, but I can say it feels close to home with a level of support that was provided to me and to all those that received service while I was there. I look forward to continuing business at this location.”
