“I am currently in store. I am being helped by Denika. Donna also helped me. They are both so busy but treat every customer so gracefully and with respect. I had an issue with an online order, she stated and has been helping me for over 20 minutes while continuing to help others. Not once did she treat me bad. I always shop for jewelry at JCPenney online but now on I will come visit the southlands JCPenney and visit these very welcoming ladies. I am so thankful! 10/10 they will brighten your day ❤️”
“Nordstrom Rack at Southlands is a decent spot for finding some deals, but you have to be ready to dig a bit. The store is spacious, but it can feel a bit cluttered at times. The selection is hit or miss—sometimes you find great deals on branded items, and other times, not so much. The staff is generally friendly, but it can be hard to find someone when you need help. Overall, it's a good place to check out if you're in the area and in the mood for some bargain hunting, but don’t expect a perfectly organized shopping experience.”

“I like this Ross the best. My experience tonight though bothered me because the only person working was Sheryl. She was the only one running the cash register, getting the go backs together all while keeping her positive attitude and taking care of business. Sheryl maintains the whole store and is always professional. I hope they get on the others to help her more! It doesn't seem fair so many workers were there and didn't see the need to help her. Just one young man helped her when I was leaving.”

“I want to thank the following women for their kindness and help when I visited Sephora store at Kohl's 80013, a couple weeks ago. In no specific order they were all fantastic. Jayla, Alondra, Amara and Heidi. One of the customers was very rude to Heidi for no reason in my opinion. Customer wanted what she wanted, when she wanted it and had no patience and the things she said to Heidi were unkind . “Always happy with Dollartree. They provide a valuable section of cheap products at cheap prices. Sometimes I can find things here cheaper than the other stores. Often they struggle with keeping the store stocked and clean but the staff always seem cheerful and friendly.”
“Easy to find and easy to dock, nice people, fast unloading, TA and truck wash is about 3-4 miles away,! I would love to come here again and again, remember when you arrived here before turning in stay in the middle of two yellow line, center of the street, when you checked in then it is easy to enter the way you dock!”
“This Is a nice Ross store. The plaza is in a cute little area inside the City of Aurora . It's off I-225 and Alameda down a little side road that looks almost hidden if you're coming from Alameda. Very quaint if you ask me.”
“So many things to choose from. This store has groceries, toiletries, toys, clothing, the list goes on and on. He wanted to check out the toys and I browsed in the makeup section. The prices are average but not as good as Walmart. Large parking lot in the mall. A Starbucks to take a break in. Larger selections at this location makes for more available choices.”

Their Deli and Food Service Crew are exceptionally NICE and Very HELPFUL and "Quentin" goes out of his way to make sure you are completely taking care of and the food is always nice and HOT and they have no problem cooking FRESH WINGS (my Favorite!!) If you ask for it!!
Manny and his Staff at the Retun desk make sure things are running smoothly and there isn't too long of a line!! I have personally seen Manny mopping parts of the store that he could have regulated someone else to do....but he sets a GOOD EXAMPLE by doing it himself!!
The security upon checkout whenever you leave the store is SUPER FRIENDLY and I can't say enough good things about "Tom and Esther" and the gals that work security and I know they have a tough job but they go Above and Beyond to make sure they greet everyone with a "FRIENDLY HELLO" as you leave their store!!”
