“It’s sad I came in to look around and I had to deal with getting profiled and having one of your employees act like they’re looking at a box but in reality the whole time they’re just watching me to see if I’m going to steal (something behind the glass box) and then when I confront the manager about it, he just acts completely clueless. I would have more respect for TJ maxx if you can just be honest. After all you want me to be a honest shopper, right? Right.”

Great clothing and shoe selection, as well as bath, pet, cookware, men’s and children’s clothing and toys. The staff is friendly and professional. Checkout is quick, what a great place to shop!”
“Nordstrom Rack at Southlands is a decent spot for finding some deals, but you have to be ready to dig a bit. The store is spacious, but it can feel a bit cluttered at times. The selection is hit or miss—sometimes you find great deals on branded items, and other times, not so much. The staff is generally friendly, but it can be hard to find someone when you need help. Overall, it's a good place to check out if you're in the area and in the mood for some bargain hunting, but don’t expect a perfectly organized shopping experience.”
“I love this local Dollar Tree that is close to the house I live in. They have great deals on everything, like Zero Sugar chocolate candies, toothbrushes, body wash, mouthwash, etc. only for $1.25, and they have really great customer service. Sure, they don't sell things for only $1 anymore because of inflation, but $1.25 is still a great deal compared to other stores these days.”

“Great deal. Was maternity clothes shopping for daughter and didn't realize most clothing stores no longer carry maternity clothes in store. Ridiculous as pregnant women still want to see how clothes fit before purchasing. Ross had a great selection at awesome prices.”
“I haven't shopped here in a few years because of the selection but I came here a few months ago and, wow, I really like the selection of the Liz Claiborne clothing for work - professional and good quality and I like the athletic wear. The place has improved and is clean, looks sharp, and is organized. Each time I've shopped here I have received great customer service at the register ? I recommend here for professional & versatile clothing and so pretty.
The only thing is the other (young) customers who shop here can be a bit rough around the edges and disturb those who want to shop in peace.”
“Nice selection however, I saw several salespersons but only one offered me assistance. I felt I was being avoided by all others. One young African American lady offered me help and she was very enthused and really wanting to help. I appreciate her and if it were not for her I would have given this Dillard's a 1. Good Customer Service is almost non-existent today however it is very important and that's why I will go back and look for her when I purchase the four pairs of shoes I picked.”

Their Deli and Food Service Crew are exceptionally NICE and Very HELPFUL and "Quentin" goes out of his way to make sure you are completely taking care of and the food is always nice and HOT and they have no problem cooking FRESH WINGS (my Favorite!!) If you ask for it!!
Manny and his Staff at the Retun desk make sure things are running smoothly and there isn't too long of a line!! I have personally seen Manny mopping parts of the store that he could have regulated someone else to do....but he sets a GOOD EXAMPLE by doing it himself!!
The security upon checkout whenever you leave the store is SUPER FRIENDLY and I can't say enough good things about "Tom and Esther" and the gals that work security and I know they have a tough job but they go Above and Beyond to make sure they greet everyone with a "FRIENDLY HELLO" as you leave their store!!”
“Easy to find and easy to dock, nice people, fast unloading, TA and truck wash is about 3-4 miles away,! I would love to come here again and again, remember when you arrived here before turning in stay in the middle of two yellow line, center of the street, when you checked in then it is easy to enter the way you dock!”
“This Is a nice Ross store. The plaza is in a cute little area inside the City of Aurora . It's off I-225 and Alameda down a little side road that looks almost hidden if you're coming from Alameda. Very quaint if you ask me.”
