He mentioned how he had been busy all day and it seemed to me like he was the only one with any customer service skills.”
“Atmosphere perfect, service excellent, didnt have to wait long and wasnt rushed after meal, my only complaint would be the ribeye a bit salty and being left on the skillet tasted a bit greasy...other than that the bacon scallops salad entre and dessert very good!”
“I purchased a mattress set and frame. The furniture manager at this location his name is Nathan. Was outstanding. It was getting close to closing. He was running around between helping me and an other couple wanting to purchase furniture. This particular night the alarm from the front door kept beeping. When at the register. There was an older lady and a younger black girl to ring us up. What bothered me was that this younger girl, kept cursing and speaking really bad about Nathan to the older lady. Very unprofessional. Nathan was Great. There is also a cashier there named Donavan. Always smiling and helpful. I wish I knew the girls name.”
“My rating is actually 5-stars, but until this particular store hires a Denver police officer to stop theft, it will remain a one-star review. I will change my review to five stars if and when you hire armed security.Today I witnessed a tall man, with a hoodie, a huge backpack and multiple bags walk out of the store with the alarm bells going off left and right. A security guard which this store hired just walked out with the thief, pulled out his cell phone and went on about his business as if nothing ever happened.Other shoppers saw the same thing I did and could not understand why this petty thief was just allowed to walk out.When we checked out, the cashier told us that security never stops anyone, which makes me wonder why they hire someone with a security labeled shirt who does absolutely nothing.Worse, I personally feel insecure. The failure of this store to act in stopping a crime to itself is akin to abetting the crime itself.You can bet other bad players will follow in the footsteps of this thief and create crime all over the neighborhood because of this failure to act.Nordstrom, DO SOMETHING!!!!!!!!! or we will become the next San Francisco or Los Angeles or Portland -- this is not right in any book and will cause the neighborhood to go downhill.This incident happened 30 September 2023, 1800-1900 hours at this Colorado Blvd. Nordstrom Rack location. You have cameras that you can review.And if letting people steal from you is NOT your policy, then fire your manager -- this manager is useless.UPDATE:As I noted in the post above, management did respond and posted a scary looking (in a good way) security guy upfront. Good. Much less likely that low-lifes will simply try to walk out with stolen goods. Keep up with security!”

“Sierra is like an outlet department store with almost everything are on deep discounts. The floor displays and sale racks are clearly marked in an open space. I would expect to spend a long time here looking through things to find what you need, especially clothing. Service at the checkout counter was great, make sure to double check the screen while they scan it since the scanner can accidentally scan the original price that wasn't fully covered by the sale tag. We rarely shop for clothing and Sierra has became one of our favorites clothing store!”

I'm never disappointed in anything I get but I feel like a lot of ppl can relate.....Always stocked and clean....During Covid I got to know the staff a lot because I was doing Instacart and shipt orders daily. They became my target family and it was a good time getting orders done because the staff was so helpful no matter the obstacles and rules during and after Covid .”
