“I had a gaming laptop with a broken screen. I took it to best buy where they gave me nothing but excuses about how they wouldn't be able to help. I took it to this store here and they showed me the exact part it needed, and got it put back together good as new in one day. A great reliable service and they definitely saved my life here. “Daniel and Sharon were professional and able to fix my cracked I-phone XR screen quickly. However, beware that their costs are a bit steep.
They’ll ask you to write a review to not pay sales tax, but won’t show you cost of service until after you leave a review on the spot. I paid $120 to repair a cracked iPhone XR screen. The phone works fine but the screen color is more muted and not comparable to original quality.”
“The staff is great, it would be a5 star rating if there were more staff to help customers. Both people that were there were working their tails off and are so nice and knowledgeable. Too bad AT&T doesn't care enough about them and providing better service. I will go to this location whenever needed because of the staff. Thank you!”

“We recently stopped by the store to transfer our existing cell numbers from Xfinitiy to Cricket. Valentina was extremely helpful and super nice. She got us set up 2 new lines with our existing Samsung phones. I highly recommend Cricket, especially this location with Valentina. We did not have such luck with customer service at another location earlier that day.”

“I've been taking various cell phones to this place over the last several years and they are always super polite, helpful and always give quote before doing any work. Brought my iPhone 11 in today because the camera was not focusing and making fizzling sounds. Google said it was the operating system and would cost between $150-$200 to be repaired. As a real estate professional a phone without a camera is a disaster. I left it with the person he said 30-40 minutes. I came back in 30 minutes - Fixed to perfection and the cost to fix it was unbelievable!!! Under $25 for a new camera/lens! Highly recommend!”

“Unfortunately my phone died (not a cricket phone) and I been running around all day trying to figure out if I go to the Apple Genius Bar, or Micro Center to get my phone activated. Calling Apple support and trying to find the easiest option…I didn’t have any answers and was beyond frustrated. No one could help me. I checked maps on a borrowed computer and found this Cricket store. IT WAS AN OASIS!!!!! Having spent most of my day trying to figure this out…in come Cristian and Swendy!!!! They figured out what to do, quickly, and so professionally! Bravo Cristian and Swendy! You were my lifesavers!!!! Would highly recommend, no doubt there! This will now be my go-to Cricket store!!!!”

“Sammy was seriously awesome! 😂 I called about getting the back of my iPhone repaired, and he was so nice, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to explain everything to me, answered all my questions, and gave me a really fair price. I actually ended up deciding not to repair my phone because I’m just going to get a new one, but honestly, Sammy was so cool and helpful that I still wanted to leave a review. You can tell he really knows his stuff and genuinely cares about helping people, which is honestly hard to find. 10/10 experience and 10/10 customer service. If I ever need a phone repaired in the future, I’ll definitely be going back to Sammy! Coolest dude.”
