“The guys took great care of us there is no doubt, but while Randy was helping me, Alexis was whispering in my husband’s ear. What was she whispering you might ask? We fix window chips! We also do brakes! Well as soon as my husband told me that, I walked up to Alexis and said my husband says you do brakes. Yes ma’am we do she said. Well I said sign me up for front brakes then! 4 hours later, she calls and says the vehicle is ready. The new brakes are great- thanks Randy! And Alexis, you have my permission to continue whispering in my husband’s ear! Great sales people and excellent pricing and service. I easily saved $800 by going here instead of the dealership! Thanks u guys! Customers for life !!!”

“I have only been here twice and I want to speak about their honesty. I’ve taken my car there twice. Recently it’s for brakes and they could’ve gotten me for all the brakes and rotors, but they said all I needed was front brakes and front rotors. They could’ve lied and said that they were all bad but they didn’t. I highly recommend this place because honesty will always get them more business and that’s what they seem to put out! Honesty and good service is all anyone is looking for in a car repair place. This IS the place I will be taking my car for now on.”

“Very helpful and friendly service. Was traveling from Denver to KC when the dash lit up all the lights. Brought my Forester in first thing Monday morning after Schomp said they couldn't even look at it until late afternoon. Subie Auto Repairs was able to diagnose the problem, go over options, explain the repair process in detail, and complete the repair process to get us back on the road before noon. That's service!”

“Trustworthy and Honest – Thank You, Cars Automotive! I went to Brakes Plus for an oil change and was quoted over 2K in repairs after they inspected my car. Thankfully, I called John at Cars Automotive in Aurora for a second opinion. After a full inspection, he confirmed the only thing I needed was new rotors — my bill was a fraction of what Brakes Plus quoted me! I’m so grateful for John’s honesty and great service. If you need a reliable mechanic in the Denver Metro area, definitely check out Cars Automotive. They truly care about their customers!”

“I had a wonderful experience here and would absolutely give this place 5 stars! I especially want to recognize Dylan, who went above and beyond to help me. Dylan took the time to thoroughly check my car’s sensors and tires and was genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He was kind, professional, patient, and, most importantly, sincere in wanting to make sure everything was safe and taken care of properly. It’s not every day you come across someone who puts this much care and effort into helping a customer. Dylan truly went above and beyond, and I really appreciate his excellent customer service. He is a great asset to the team, and I would definitely come back because of the positive experience he provided. Thank you, Dylan, for your kindness, professionalism, and exceptional service!”

“Mr. Lorenzo the tech made my day today. I went only to buy a new battery because replacing a new one requires removing the flap cover and unscrew bunch of arms, etc to get to existing battery. But, he volunteered and with his extraordinary talent found a easy way to remove the old one and replaced the battery less than one hour. A difficult task like this and he completed the job within 30 minutes total shows expertise and efficiency. Allah be with you Mr. Lorenzo and thank you very much. PRAISE ALLAH!”
