Jonathan at Diesel Dog was prompt, responsive, stayed late, and, most importantly: competent! I am so thankful the crew here was able to do significant engine work and get dad back on the road in under 24 hours. We are beyond impressed. I only wish we had Diesel Dogs in Georgia.”

“I spent 1 1/2 hours on the phone calling different tire dealers trying to find 2 tires for my car. I also called another Big Brand store. Apparently, tires for my Chevy Malibu are hard to find. I finally got a hold of Danielle at the Parker Big Brand store. She was wonderful. She checked around and found me a couple of options including one I could afford. She ordered the tires from her warehouse and had them at the store by 4. The tires got there 10 minutes before I did and I was out the door within an hour. This was very important because I had to drive to Missouri early the next day. She was great as was my installer. Five stars to the team!! Many thanks.”

“Shout out to the team Friday January 12, 2024Fantastic team at this location! I typically do all my repairs myself but there are some things that the professionals have to do, like alignments.In the past I was told by another brakes plus location that they don’t have the ability to do 4 wheel alignment on Mercedes and sent me to le Schwab to get one. I paid double and they only did front wheel alignment.I decided to call this location and they said they absolutely do 4 wheel alignment on Mercedes and to come on in. They not only did a great alignment, they were completely transparent on other issues they noticed and were willing to show me the issues. Most shops try to upsell or even rip you off (especially people that have no idea about cars) but the team here was honest and transparent with every customer that was there.It’s nice to feel comfortable and feel like you have options and aren’t forced to pay for unnecessary things. I highly recommend this place if you have any concerns about your vehicle. Everyone there is great!Also wanted to mention that additional brake bleed was done even though I cancelled that service at the front desk. They were willing to eat the cost of that service but since they did a good job with everything, we agreed to meet in the middle on the cost.I will be returning to this location and I will be recommending others to go to this location for all future work. Thanks!!!”
