“Sunday night my wife called me and said she had a tire going flat and fast. I said go to the nearest mechanic shop. Thankfully she found this place. The two or three gentlemen working this shift took such good care of her. So good she felt comfortable working with them without me needing to show up. Put a spare on for her N/C and didnt expect anything. She bought them Pizza and drinks and was very satisfied. Great to know people still care even for something as small as putting a spare on. Thanks Ellis Automotive if I ever need your services I wouldn't hesitate stopping in myself.

“I found this company to be very helpful and honest. They did not overstate and overcharge me after doing an inspection. They were very clear about what was very necessary and what was more optional. When they accidentally damage my power steering, while trying to fix a different issue in my steering, they immediately told me and they fixed it free of charge of course. “I was having a minor issue with my tires .I searched on Google for auto repair shops near my home. I found this shop and I needed them to take a look. They were incredibly patient, asking me to wait while they completed the inspection. Afterward, they reassured me that everything was fine with the car. The entire process took them nearly half an hour, and I am truly grateful for their help. In the end, they didn't charge me a single penny. I have to give them my highest rating; if my car ever has any issues in the future, I will definitely come back to them.”

“I have only been here twice and I want to speak about their honesty. I’ve taken my car there twice. Recently it’s for brakes and they could’ve gotten me for all the brakes and rotors, but they said all I needed was front brakes and front rotors. They could’ve lied and said that they were all bad but they didn’t. I highly recommend this place because honesty will always get them more business and that’s what they seem to put out! Honesty and good service is all anyone is looking for in a car repair place. This IS the place I will be taking my car for now on.”

“I was driving down the Warzone that is now Colfax and one of the pylons had tipped over causing me to swerve and hit a curb. This caused a bubble in the side of my tire and Google told me not to drive on it at all. I went to the big O on Colfax and they didn’t have my tire in stock and it would be ours before they could get it. I really needed to ger to work. I looked up the closest big O, which was this location and contacted them. They had my tire in stock. I let them know. I was in a hurry and I had to go to work and they told me that they would take care of me as soon as I got there. When I got there, I gave them the printout that was given to me by the one on Colfax and they told me it would be about an hour. In about 35 minutes, my car was done and it was cheaper than the printout that was given to me. The sales associate informed me that they had added in all these up sale charges that I wasn’t informed about and so it was actually less than what I was originally quoted and I offered me a protection on the tire. So if something was to go wrong- It would only cost me $30 in the future to fix it. I genuinely appreciated their sense of urgency, transparency, honesty, and overall service. I will return to this location anytime I need tires in the future!”
