“I brought my vehicle in because I had an issue with another company putting my system in and this company wasn’t taking the responsibility to fix it. KTC assisted me in figuring out the issues and talked me thru options. I finally decided and got a new system in with KTC working around the one issue. There was also some confusion on the installation and when I called KTC they took care of the problem with a fair resolution. I appreciate they didn’t have any attitude about it. They are always friendly when I come in.”

“Bought tires here a few years ago and have been back to the same location on Havana a few times. Once because they reminded me it was time to rotate tires, once to have them check the pressure (didn't even get out of the car), and most recently I found a big screw in my tire. With the screw I called to make an appointment, but Dave said they take walk-in's. Arrived, got checked in was told the repair would be free but I could expect a 90 min wait. No big deal for a free repair! About 25 mins later a smiling young man Ishmael(?) was already finished. He made the repair and aired up all my tires! Anyone can sell you tires, it's service that makes the difference. I will be buying my next set here for sure.”

“I came in today hoping to get a tire patched, after arriving at the airport and finding a flat tire with a nail in it. It ended up not being fixable, and I needed a new tire. They actually recommended that all of them be replaced, but they didn't push me to make the big purchase today. I went ahead and got all 4 tires replaced to be on the safe side with this winter weather. David was amazing!!! He really helped me out of a pickle. It only took me about 30 mins from paying to my tires being done. I'm a nurse and because of David's compassion and expertise, I was able to get home in enough time to get some sleep before my night shift at work. My day really took a nose dive when I discovered my flat tire, but because of the kindness of David and the stranger that helped me change my tire on the side of the road, I headed home in a great mood. “I spent 1 1/2 hours on the phone calling different tire dealers trying to find 2 tires for my car. I also called another Big Brand store. Apparently, tires for my Chevy Malibu are hard to find. I finally got a hold of Danielle at the Parker Big Brand store. She was wonderful. She checked around and found me a couple of options including one I could afford. She ordered the tires from her warehouse and had them at the store by 4. The tires got there 10 minutes before I did and I was out the door within an hour. This was very important because I had to drive to Missouri early the next day. She was great as was my installer. Five stars to the team!! Many thanks.”

“This place for sure, earned my business for the forseeable future! John was so responsive, quick and ready to help! I got a flat tire the other day and took it into discount tire originally and they said they couldn’t fix it and I needed a new tire. I then called this Goodyear and John said that it could easily be fixed. I brought it in, they had it fixed within a few hours and then they did a tire rotation, and filled up all of my tires.
