“I bought my kitten Minx back in April 2023 from Natalya. Not only was my experience with Natalya amazing but her kittens are the most precious! Minx is super sweet, playful, talkative, and healthy. Minx’s favorite game to play is tag I’ll hide, and minx will “hunt me” then when she finds me she taps me with her paw and darts off. Her nickname is soft paws because she so gentle when she plays. She is the best cat I’ve ever had and I will only buy from Natalya. Everyone who meets Minx is in awe of her and I can’t help but share where I got this beautiful cat from.”

“Delivered here 3 times. If you're on time, it's typically less than an hour. If you are late, you get moved to the end of the line. Backing can be tricky since you're backing in off the street, and the JB Hunt trailers make it tighter.”

“Came here for grooming - amazing staff. My pup was so happy and comfortable with them. I knew she was in great hands. She came out looking soft, beautiful and so excited! Clean store, easy to find everything.”
“We did a private trading class with the dog trainer and it was a great. He really helped us figure out how to handle our dog’s behavior. We will definitely be signing up for the group class when our schedule frees up. Only bummer, and this is not the dog trainers fault at all, is that the training area they give the dog trainer is tiny.”
“My dog had an ear infection and the staff was awesome showing me how to clean his ears and gave him medication. They had great service and got my dog taken care of quick and easy!”

“I moved to Colorado about a year ago and needed to find a groomer for my three curly haired pups, and wanted to give this Petco a try before looking for a boutique or something else local. I met Lauren in February 2025 and she's a keeper. She's got such a sweet soul, always doing her best to care for customers and their dogs, is always communicative, predictable every single time with both the procedures in checking the pups in and the product of the haircuts, attentively points out if she finds anything amiss (like a bump showed up on one of my girls that I hadn't found yet), helps my anxious boy settle into the groom every single time, and has always been on time for drop offs and pickups. Even when staff at the salon have quit, she's the life that holds the place together. Lauren is truly my favorite person at Petco and I don't really pray, but if I did, I would pray that Lauren would never leave this salon ??? She's earned my loyalty to this salon and this Petco; if she leaves, I will, too.”

“This Petco is good. I have moved away from the area and miss it dearly in my new neighborhood. I happened to be on my old area and took the opportunity to visit this location again. Petco stores seem to be a hir or miss, especially if you are shopping for aquatics including live fish and plants. This one is a hit. Someone is always available to assist. If no one is available, management promptly will find someone or jump into action themselves. This is not my experience I'm other Petcos in the metro area. Keep up the good work at this location .hope to see improvement in others .

“My Great Pyrenees, Wendy, is a difficult groom, or at least she had been. Prior groomers either made stay at the shop to "help" or sent my dog home within 10 minutes of arrival for being uncooperative. Carolyn (sp?) at Wag-n-Wash was able to get Wendy to cooperate. She did a magnificent job getting out all the tangles, mats and undercoat that made my big white dog look like gnarly mess. Wendy looks and smells like a show dog! Wag-n-Wash is the best.”
