“I went here to check out a poodle male dog they had for adoption. He was young and bigger than I wanted, so I had to walk away :(..nice facility..if you're looking to adopt put this facility in your search.”
“Delivered here 3 times. If you're on time, it's typically less than an hour. If you are late, you get moved to the end of the line. Backing can be tricky since you're backing in off the street, and the JB Hunt trailers make it tighter.”

“I was just here this evening, and I just am so happy with how much care, patience, and understanding the staff had tonight.
I have a nervous girl who I needed to use the restroom with and the cashier was very helpful in letting me know where to go and the code.
I also needed a new harness, and Amber was SO helpful in getting Ellie and I to find a proper fit for not having clips in her armpits, and a harness that wasn't super pricey as well. She also did so well with how nervous my girl is - being patient when she did her squeeks and such.
I just really am happy to be here and know that if I have questions, they'll be answered, and if I have my girl with me she will be loved and doted on just like I would.”
“They don't always have the exact item I need in store, but the people are amazing. In particular, the groomers go above and beyond to make sure your pup enjoys the visit and you come home with a clean fur ball...and no loose hair!”
“It would be helpful if there was a "travel kit" for cats. We were stranded in Denver and needed one small disposable litter pan and a small amount of litter. I suppose these types of setups don't generate revenue. We had to buy 2 disposable litter boxes and a huge box of litter which we left in the hotel room. Hopefully they will be put to good use by someone who needs them.”

Get it straight please. People don't have time for games. Other than that, happy to go in here all the time. One cashier is rude but everyone else is great.”
“Amazing service. I went in with my 2 daughters to get ghost shrimp for my new tank. The workers were extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable, which made my shopping experience very pleasurable. The entire staff was great from being greeting when I walked in, to being helped which included having questions answered and needing a second opinion and then checking out. I wish all places had this type of service.

“My Great Pyrenees, Wendy, is a difficult groom, or at least she had been. Prior groomers either made stay at the shop to "help" or sent my dog home within 10 minutes of arrival for being uncooperative. Carolyn (sp?) at Wag-n-Wash was able to get Wendy to cooperate. She did a magnificent job getting out all the tangles, mats and undercoat that made my big white dog look like gnarly mess. Wendy looks and smells like a show dog! Wag-n-Wash is the best.”
