“Sunday night my wife called me and said she had a tire going flat and fast. I said go to the nearest mechanic shop. Thankfully she found this place. The two or three gentlemen working this shift took such good care of her. So good she felt comfortable working with them without me needing to show up. Put a spare on for her N/C and didnt expect anything. She bought them Pizza and drinks and was very satisfied. Great to know people still care even for something as small as putting a spare on. Thanks Ellis Automotive if I ever need your services I wouldn't hesitate stopping in myself.

“HUGE shoutout to Mike and his staff at Big O on 6th Ave. Mike had one mechanic on a Saturday, a line out the door and a shop full of cars. Mike was in the hospital for the week before, showed up and was kind to EVERYONE that walked in. Apologized for being understaffed(even though it was not on him at all) He took care of me and hooked me up with an oil change. In a world where everyone is trying to take your money and send you off with out without the problem fixed, Mike is the kind of people we need more of. I will ALWAYS go back as long as Mike is running that Big O. Proud to be a customer of someone with such genuine kindness. THANK YOU MIKE!”

“I found this company to be very helpful and honest. They did not overstate and overcharge me after doing an inspection. They were very clear about what was very necessary and what was more optional. When they accidentally damage my power steering, while trying to fix a different issue in my steering, they immediately told me and they fixed it free of charge of course. “I so pleased with this place. The owner is awesome. I came in yesterday as I had a slow tire leak. He was able to find I had a nail in my tire, repair is quickly and get me on my way. I drove up toe the Colorado mountains last night with no issues with the tire. The air has held and could not be more happy. Will always go to J&R for help.”
“I have only been here twice and I want to speak about their honesty. I’ve taken my car there twice. Recently it’s for brakes and they could’ve gotten me for all the brakes and rotors, but they said all I needed was front brakes and front rotors. They could’ve lied and said that they were all bad but they didn’t. I highly recommend this place because honesty will always get them more business and that’s what they seem to put out! Honesty and good service is all anyone is looking for in a car repair place. This IS the place I will be taking my car for now on.”

“The professionals at the Havana Big O Tire shop identified an extremely dangerous situation with my wife's car. This happened when another repair facility replaced the transmission nearly a year ago. When they reinstalled the transmission, the mechanic stripped a control arm bolt. I'm serious when I say wth. The mechanic had to know as that bolt should never,ever work its way out. I'm so grateful to these people for possibly preventing a serious accident with the potential for serious injuries and death

“I had a great experience with the shop off of chambers! I had a completely busted tire and luckily these guys were only 4 minutes away. I was in and out with a good spare tire (for a reasonable price) until I can get to Costco for a matching tire. Very grateful for the service!the gentleman at the desk was really kind and explained what had happened to my tire and how best to deal with it. Lucky these guys were so close by!”
“My tech, (Coleman) did everything in his power to make sure I was well updated, as well as, properly given option, for my particular issue that afternoon. Most folks would have ducked the customer or sent them home with a sub par fix. Your man made sure it was done right. Regardless of the minor inconvenience of making me wait a little longer up front.
