“Great business and great management! I came in looking for a Samsung Smart watch to which they didn't have, but they were nice enough to take my name and number and give me a call when a shipment came in. 2 weeks later I got one. Kim, I think her name is, was kind enough to help me set it up and update.”

“Sammy was seriously awesome! 😂 I called about getting the back of my iPhone repaired, and he was so nice, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to explain everything to me, answered all my questions, and gave me a really fair price. I actually ended up deciding not to repair my phone because I’m just going to get a new one, but honestly, Sammy was so cool and helpful that I still wanted to leave a review. You can tell he really knows his stuff and genuinely cares about helping people, which is honestly hard to find. 10/10 experience and 10/10 customer service. If I ever need a phone repaired in the future, I’ll definitely be going back to Sammy! Coolest dude.”

“We recently stopped by the store to transfer our existing cell numbers from Xfinitiy to Cricket. Valentina was extremely helpful and super nice. She got us set up 2 new lines with our existing Samsung phones. I highly recommend Cricket, especially this location with Valentina. We did not have such luck with customer service at another location earlier that day.”

“Thank you Alex for taking a few moments out to help us get rid of our protect+ on our lines today. I really appreciate someone who goes above and beyond to assist their customer base. The lady at the total wireless on Peoria told us today, we would have to make our way all the way back to the store in order for her to help us just take that off our bill. She really wasnt interested in assisting us. This might be tmi, but our car broke down 4 weeks ago, and we've been having to veo, bus and Uber everywhere. Its expensive and inconvenient for us. Alex saved us from having to go through all of that. You are great at what you do, sir.”

“I had a really great experience with the Metro employees here. They were extremely helpful and made the whole process of switching to T-Mobile very easy for me. They helped me with the migration, and I was able to get the free phones through the offer. Even after I received the new devices from T-Mobile, they continued to help me with the activation, transferring all my data, and making sure everything was set up properly. They were patient, friendly, and genuinely went above and beyond to help me. I really appreciate their excellent customer service and all the help they provided. Highly recommended!”

“I am raving about Ezme!( beautiful name spelling btw) She is one of the best customer service reps I’ve dealt with, period. She kept the atmosphere casual and comfortable. She smiled and kept a warm welcoming attitude with me. My son was with me, yet she didn’t mind him one bit. She was SO helpful. When I asked her opinion on phones, she answered me nicely. When I had an issue activating my SIM card, she went above and beyond making sure my problem was solved. She communicated everything to me clearly during the process too!. her customer service is out of this world! To Ezme, you are doing AMAAAZING. thank you for being a huge positive in my otherwise frustrating day. July 2nd,26.”

“Today I went to activate a phone line and they charged me $109. I demanded my receipt, and it only showed that I had paid $70. I asked why I had been overcharged, since the receipt only showed $70. They told me it was for the activation, but my receipt doesn't reflect that extra money. They are scamming people. The girl who helped me is named Kelly, but I think she lied about her name. She's not the only one scamming people; most of them do. They take advantage of people who don't understand English.”

“I've been taking various cell phones to this place over the last several years and they are always super polite, helpful and always give quote before doing any work. Brought my iPhone 11 in today because the camera was not focusing and making fizzling sounds. Google said it was the operating system and would cost between $150-$200 to be repaired. As a real estate professional a phone without a camera is a disaster. I left it with the person he said 30-40 minutes. I came back in 30 minutes - Fixed to perfection and the cost to fix it was unbelievable!!! Under $25 for a new camera/lens! Highly recommend!”

“The staff is great, it would be a5 star rating if there were more staff to help customers. Both people that were there were working their tails off and are so nice and knowledgeable. Too bad AT&T doesn't care enough about them and providing better service. I will go to this location whenever needed because of the staff. Thank you!”
