He took the time to explain everything to me, answered all my questions, and gave me a really fair price. I actually ended up deciding not to repair my phone because I’m just going to get a new one, but honestly, Sammy was so cool and helpful that I still wanted to leave a review. You can tell he really knows his stuff and genuinely cares about helping people, which is honestly hard to find. 10/10 experience and 10/10 customer service. If I ever need a phone repaired in the future, I’ll definitely be going back to Sammy! Coolest dude.”

“I am raving about Ezme!( beautiful name spelling btw) She is one of the best customer service reps I’ve dealt with, period. She kept the atmosphere casual and comfortable. She smiled and kept a warm welcoming attitude with me. My son was with me, yet she didn’t mind him one bit. She was SO helpful. When I asked her opinion on phones, she answered me nicely. When I had an issue activating my SIM card, she went above and beyond making sure my problem was solved. She communicated everything to me clearly during the process too!. her customer service is out of this world! She got us set up 2 new lines with our existing Samsung phones. I highly recommend Cricket, especially this location with Valentina. We did not have such luck with customer service at another location earlier that day.”
“Today I went to activate a phone line and they charged me $109. I demanded my receipt, and it only showed that I had paid $70. I asked why I had been overcharged, since the receipt only showed $70. They told me it was for the activation, but my receipt doesn't reflect that extra money. They are scamming people. The girl who helped me is named Kelly, but I think she lied about her name. She's not the only one scamming people; most of them do. They take advantage of people who don't understand English.”

“I was in hold and Amanda was helping a elderly man in the store she was so patient and she didn't stop until she helped him. Once she was able to help me I had to come into the store once I was there Amanda and the other young lady helped me right away and was able to figure out my problem within minutes and fixed it just as fast. These were some great ladies and knew what they were doing. I normally hate to go into the store but I'll be going to the from now on.”
“I've been taking various cell phones to this place over the last several years and they are always super polite, helpful and always give quote before doing any work. Brought my iPhone 11 in today because the camera was not focusing and making fizzling sounds. Google said it was the operating system and would cost between $150-$200 to be repaired. As a real estate professional a phone without a camera is a disaster. I left it with the person he said 30-40 minutes. I came back in 30 minutes - Fixed to perfection and the cost to fix it was unbelievable!!! Under $25 for a new camera/lens! Highly recommend!”
