“We unfortunately had to switch our veterinary practice of 6 years due to her stepping away from performing any surgical procedures and leaving procedures to newer doctors. Found this clinic (and it’s not owned by a PE firm - major plus) less than one mile from our home. Our first visit was wonderful! From the front staff to the technician and to Dr. White, we were welcome and pleased. Our discussion was thorough and Dr. White was very attentive to our concerns. We also think it’s a sign that our puppy’s name was right next to a furbaby named Teddy on the welcome board. We lost our sweet Teddy a few years ago…so I think he’s telling us we are going to be just fine bringing our beloved pups to this clinic!”

“I can’t say enough good things about our recent visit for Cami’s checkup! My sweet girl is a bit timid and gets scared easily at the vet, but the team here made her feel so safe and comfortable right away. Juanda (the RVT) was incredibly gentle and patient, handling Cami with so much care and calm energy. Dr. Mack was thorough, kind, and explained everything clearly without rushing us. They both took their time to make sure Cami felt at ease, and it truly made all the difference—she even wagged her tail by the end! If you have a nervous pup, this is the place to go. “This clinic is wonderful! I have been coming here for years. Dr. Kubik has been our main vet majority of the time. She is amazing and friendly. She provides us with detailed information, explains things in terms we understand and if we bring an issue to her that she hasn't experienced yet, she takes the time to research and consult with other vets. I recently had an emergency with my pup, Moya. When I left the ER clinic, I stopped by to pickup some meds for my other animals. I brought Moya in since the car was hot. Dr. Kubik saw my dog by the front desk. She took the time to talk with me and to look at Moya. She was very busy and didn't have to do that but she is a wonderful compassionate vet who cares about her patients. The other staff members are fantastic as well. Dani, from the front desk, is my dog's favorite person there. She goes right to her side of the desk wanting Dani's attention and Dani makes the time to show my pup some love. It's heart warming when I see my dog getting excited as we drive up to the clinic. They know she loves her milk bones and love to give them to her. I have 5 animals, my 5th animal will soon be a patient here too. We also moved 40 minutes away and we still come to this place - that's how much we love and trust this place and the staff. Thank you, VCA Smoky Hill Animal Hospital, for all that you do and for the love you show our pets!”

“I've been taking my dog to Dr. G. for 12 years. He is incredibly patient with the animals and goes out of his way to make them comfortable. My dog is most comfortable when she is in her carrier. Dr. G. makes sure she can stay in her carrier as much as possible, even when it is uncomfortable for him. I trust Dr. G.'s opinion and never feel like he is recommending tests or procedures that aren't necessary. I feel very fortunate that my dog has received such wonderful care from Dr. G.”
