They went above and beyond, working with my warranty company, keeping me updated, and explaining the diagnostic procedures. They gave me a few different options, and never felt pressured to go one way or the other. The service was completed in a timely manner. All in all, great company, they are here to provide quality service. They are not here to just “take your money.” But earn it rightfully so. “I had my 2024 Hybrid Toyota RAV4 fixed by Markley Collision in December 2024-January 2025. The front tire was blown out, and the back passenger get side end was completely jacked up from an accident in which a woman (without a driver’s license…ugh) rammed into my parked car in the parking lot at my work. I immediately called Pedersen Toyota to ask where to go because I had only bought the car two weeks prior, and they said they send all Toyotas to Marley Collision because they do a great job. Every step of the way, the Markley staff kept me updated. They were easy to reach, very friendly, great at explaining things, and fixed the car in 4 weeks. The car came back to me looking brand new. I’m so impressed with the work itself and with the staff. I highly recommend them!”
