“I know a lot of reviews on here are for Verizon the service but strictly speaking the customer service I received at this store was great. I needed to make multiple visits cause I'm a complicated person, but both Brad and Alex (I really hope their name was Alex I'm terrible with names) were fantastic we had to call several other Verizon entities and everyone was super patient with me and helped me quickly and efficiently. I am a new Verizon customer after having been with att for over a decade and both of them were a nice welcoming breath of fresh air! Thanks again!”

Maritza met us up front as we entered and it was an amazing experience from the start. She was so knowledgeable, no high pressure sale, thorough and made this a great experience. “I love Hilltop Broadband! I’m out in Platteville.We used Rise Broadband and T-Mobile previously and they were insanely terrible and their service was so slow it was me paying for a headache (especially dealing with T-Mobile).When we heard that hilltop was installing fiber they did take longer than their original projected dates but that was during 2020 and after when everything was crazy. Once we finally got it, install was quick and professional. I’ve added two routers and they dropped it off for me when they were in town and even installed one of them for me. I’ve had a couple instances where my internet wasn’t performing where it should’ve been and they were quick to have someone come and check it out in person and the other time was quickly resolved over the phone. Their customer service is great! Everyone I’ve interacted with is kind and helpful.”
