“I can't say enough good things about this pharmacy It was a Godsend that I was alerted to what they do for our community. First of all a wonderful woman , Karen came to my 55 and up apartment complex and explained how we can get pill packets put together and I am waiting for that to happen They are going to be amazing!!!?I won't ever forget my pills and I won't forget that I've already taken my pills.Good day pharmacy is much more than a pharmacy They are like family now and I've only been there a few months .They have an amazing gift shop The items are wonderfully picked out super cute I'm happy with everything that I have bought I bought a wonderful purse and I bought a warmie It's a stuffed animal that you warm up in the microwave and I also found the most amazing Christmas items.The staff is not only friendly they are wonderfully professional They acknowledge you when you come in with a smile and they get to you very quickly They do everything they can to make you feel comfortable .I am impressed with the entire staff each day I come in but the people who have helped me the most and have been the most welcoming are Jessica , Rox, Cal, and Shuree.Just amazing people They helped me get my credit card in the machine so they can just charge my card each time I come in without me having to fumble for it.Today I was able to get my flu shot and my covid shot very quickly no line. They also do compounding and they do that for my mother and she is very happy with the pharmacy as well.I would give them 10 stars if I could.You also can have your supplements put into your pill packs, and have them delivered to your homeSwitch over and you get 25.OO, to put toward your meds and deliveryLove this Pharmacy!!”
“I am a Wellness Coordinator at an assisted living facility and one of the most important parts of my job is making sure all the residents have the proper medications and that they never run out of medication. Good Day makes this so easy for me, they will hunt down the refills instead of me spending hours on the phone calling doctor's offices trying to get refills. All the medications come automatically once a month, saving me the time of having to reorder medication. A lot of times the resident will go to an appointment and the doctor will add new medication and I don't always get the order from the doctor, but Good Day will not only send the new medication the same day they also fax me a copy of the order. Customer service is amazing they are all very friendly and helpful. I can't say enough good things about this pharmacy. I didn't know how easy this part of my job could be until we started using Good Day.”

“I have been very pleased with Walgreens at 205 Eisenhower in Loveland. They do seem to know their clients and try very hard to meet their needs. I can't say this is true for all the Walgreens but I do understand that since Covid there have been staffing issues so truly I have to say kudos to everyone as these are very trying times and many times we are harsh and critical of people providing services for us. Switch to Safeway Pharmacy!”

“I would highly recommend for everyone to transfer their prescriptions to cvs pharmacy in Loveland. Yes, the lines can sometimes be a few minutes long inside Target but the technicians and the pharmacist work really well together so the line moves pretty quickly. The pharmacy technicians names are Taylor ( Pharmacist)and Mida (Pharmacist )- Technicians- Heather, Maggie, Crystal, Neven, Micah, Levi, Yoshi. When you become a regular patient at this cvs pharmacy, the technicians began to remember your name and then they get to know you on a personal level and vis Vera. I am glad my husband and I made the switch from King Soopers pharmacy three years ago and I hope you do too.”

“On Sunday, my spouse and I went to this Safeway pharmacy to get our updated COVID and flu vaccines. I had to scramble to find vaccines for us because the pharmacy we'd originally planned on going to cancelled our appointments at the last minute but this Safeway location had appointments for the following day so I snatched them up. I wasn't sure what brand of COVID vaccine we were getting, I was just happy to get one at all, but it turns out it was our preferred brand. The waiting area is out in the open to the rest of the store and the treatment room is too small for 3 adults to fit in. I have a needle phobia and explained I needed my spouse there to keep me calm so the pharmacist offered to do it in the waiting area. I was fine with this and appreciated his willingness to work with me. The shots themselves were fine, pinch and some burning. The pharmacist was very friendly and personable while professional. My spouse opted to go into the treatment room. I debated whether to do 4 or 5 stars because the waiting area and treatment room isn't as nice as another location in town but the pharmacist more than made up for it. I'd definitely recommend this location for vaccines. They also offer things like strep treatment/testing and some other things.”

“This is by far the best pharmacy in town. I switched to them from Walgreens about a year ago and it was the best decision that I have made in terms of pharmacies. The manager Brian is genuinely a good man, who will always go above and beyond to make sure that you not only have exactly what you need, but are also properly informed and educated on all of your pharmaceutical needs every single time and without fail, and you can expect the same from the entire staff too. The only issue that I have found, is that they're such a great staff and in such high demand, that sometimes they are literally just too busy to answer their phone, while keeping up with their physical customers needs who are there in line patiently waiting their turn, but that is not their fault, nor does it negate their top tier customer service in any way, so please don't take it personally, and trust when I say that when it's your turn to be served, that they will go above and beyond for you every single time. Thank you all so much for being so great to me each and every time that I come in, and know that you are extremely appreciated even more than you know. You all deserve a raise and I'm sorry that you all have to work so hard to keep up with all of your loyal customers needs. Thanks again, and God bless you all.”

“I love this pharmacy so much. They are always extremely helpful and super nice. They also work extremely hard, and have to deal with very sick, unhappy, and upset people all the time. They have gone out of their way numerous times to get my prescriptions filled when needed, have reached out to doctors for me, and are great about updates. My pups love going through the drive-thru for the treats, and the techs are very sweet and happy to see them every time! Please give them a big smile and a thank you, they more than deserve it for all the endless work they do every day to keep us happy and healthy and medications filled :)”

“I stopped in to do my grocery shopping on Saturday 9/30 in the evening around 6pm and went through the self checkout as usual. I couldn't help but notice an employee that was running around the entire front end. She was helping and attending to everyone so quickly with so much kindness. I couldn't keep track of how many patrons she helped just in the time I was checking out myself. As I was finishing up and paying she asked a woman for her ID so she could check her out for wine (I'm sure her job by law). The woman was visibly older and began yelling at the employee and being outwardly rude and disrespectful to the employee who had her hands tied on the situation. The employee did an INCREDIBLE job handling the situation with grace and kindness, she handled herself perfectly and was the best example of customer service I have seen in a very long time. “I drive from Fort Collins to pick up my prescriptions here and it’s worth the trip! The staff are all so friendly :) I love that the refill process is fast and efficient. Their app works better than the chain drugstore apps I’ve used. If I have to call to ask a question, I don’t get treated like a nuisance (*cough cough CVS*). There is only one issue I face going to Berthoud Drug - Forcing myself not to buy a bunch of things from the gift shop side ?”
