“God is this place good. I've taken a beater truck here that I've owned for 25 years to get repaired many times, when other shops don't want to bother. And I've brought in a brand new 3/4 ton to get customized to the point that my wife almost left me. In both cases (one vehicle I just wanted budget-friendly, effective repairs, and one where I wanted to go big), the repair and customization solutions they recommended and performed were incredible. There shouldn't be a place that can do flawless bread and butter repairs reliably and affordably, but also do exotic builds where budget is less of an issue. But that's what this place is. I would probably leave my wife for John's, except it's a shop and not a lady. And I'm not sure the marriage would hold up on paper.”

I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a collision repair shop that communicates well, treats people fairly, and genuinely cares about its customers. After a not-at-fault accident involving an insurance company that was extremely challenging to work with, their entire team was incredibly patient, communicative, and helpful throughout the entire process. They kept me informed, answered my questions honestly, and worked through the insurance and supplemental repair process with me. What impressed me most was how much they genuinely tried to help. Their technicians even extracted a broken oil-pan bolt, repaired the threads, and installed a replacement bolt as a courtesy without charging me for the additional work. They were also honest about a remaining repair that could likely be done more affordably elsewhere rather than trying to make additional money from me. That level of honesty and customer service is hard to find. Thank you to Ari, Jorge, Carlos, and the entire Boulder Bump Shop team for going above and beyond. “I drive a 2010 Honda odyssey, which has been an amazing vehicle for me. After a fender-bender, a couple of boulder collision shops estimated the cost to repair my car at $8000+, which meant the vehicle was totaled.Buying a new car is not part of my plan, so I found my way to mike, he helped me identify what needed to be replaced (the bumper, which was quite clearly ruined, and the headlights, that had less-obvious holes in them), what could be fixed (the dented fender), and what didn’t neee to be touched (my horn — it works fine but has a small crack and the other shops were going to replace).Once we agreed on the job, he turned it around in a week when other shops estimated a month. He was communicative via email and phone throughout and got my car back on the road for one-third of the other estimate. My car isn’t fixed “like new,” but it’s 13 years old. It would be foolish to fix it like new.I’m very happy with the work and service and am glad to give mike 5 stars!”
