“It was so easy and affordable to rent a car at Enterprise Mapleton in Boulder. I rented a Kia Soul and it was intuitive to drive and a nice size. Amy at the front desk was delightful. She was kind, helpful, and made the process so easy. Which I have never thought about renting a car before. I will likely rent from here next time in town.”
“Mack was awesome and gave me stellar customer service. I had an hour uber ride from Central City. Originally I was going to get the rental, drive an hour back, load some boxes i’m transporting to NY then drive an hour back to Denver. The uber driver helped me load them saving me two hours of driving. When I got to Budget, Mack opened my rental for me so we could load everything and the uber driver could leave. Then, Mack had to pair my phone tor me because I couldn’t get it yo work. Super pleasant, patient, respectful (cos I’m techno challenged.) Excellent customer service and great experience.”

My name is ************************* and anytime I have an issue with zipcar they immediately *************** have to remember this is a car sharing company meaning someone people are careless and often times dont report the issues with vehicles . Zipcar is great car sharing app . Only issue I have is that my payment method still wont update please please please fix it zipcar gladly appreciate it”
“This is an Avis/Budget location in a local mall. It’s a small office with one person so he has a lot of duties to complete. I reserved my car in advance. It was a no hassle experience, unlike many places that try to sell you many additional features. Best of all I got a much nicer car than I was expecting but there was no extra charge. The car had many features that most rental shops charge additional fees for. Also, renting locally, instead of at the airport saved me hundreds of dollars and gave me a better deal. My experience was very positive.”
“Renting here was easy and the vteam. Was so nice to deal with. Hours seem limited as are cars due to this being a local location. So understand this, it just is what it is. But, the award goes to the fact they were super helpful and were amazingly calm with a walk in person who was being aggressive. This customer did make an online reservation a few moments before arriving to a sold out (graduation weekend) location. So it seems the system allowed booking at a sold out location. Cudos to the team for keeping calm and doing the best to help this fellow with options.”
