“Edit: thank you for the quick response. You at the store I've always gone to when I can't find anything else and you always have great customer service typically. I think some education for employees and then yes one or two motorized scooters would be great. I never even thought that I would ever need something like that, and I never even thought about how difficult it would be to shop with an injury like this.:I've been shopping here for 20 years. I recently broke my femur and how in the world in this day and age do you not have even one wheelchair accessible, or motorized cart?? This review will probably get buried but even getting into the store they used to have automatic doors and now I literally had to wait for someone to open the door for me. And then once I was in there I looked around for a cart and asked an employee and they said they didn't know. So then I had to walk on crutches all the way to another entrance assuming that the larger entrance would have a cart… Nope. Then I asked another employee and he called and they said they don't have anything the only thing they could offer me was a wheelchair which I saw as I came into the side entrance. A rickety old wheelchair that's locked up that you have to get someone to unlock and it doesn't even have a basket for you to shop with. Are you kidding?”

And designing with real people in mind - like which way a cabinet should open and how deep drawers should be to be functional! They have given every project their full 200% effort to make it easier on me. They will tell you the exact kind of quality you're getting from the wide variety of manufacturers. No sugar coated sales pitch! I won't use any one else for my remodeling projects!”
