“Edit: thank you for the quick response. You at the store I've always gone to when I can't find anything else and you always have great customer service typically. I think some education for employees and then yes one or two motorized scooters would be great. I never even thought that I would ever need something like that, and I never even thought about how difficult it would be to shop with an injury like this.:I've been shopping here for 20 years. I recently broke my femur and how in the world in this day and age do you not have even one wheelchair accessible, or motorized cart?? This review will probably get buried but even getting into the store they used to have automatic doors and now I literally had to wait for someone to open the door for me. And then once I was in there I looked around for a cart and asked an employee and they said they didn't know. So then I had to walk on crutches all the way to another entrance assuming that the larger entrance would have a cart… Nope. Then I asked another employee and he called and they said they don't have anything the only thing they could offer me was a wheelchair which I saw as I came into the side entrance. A rickety old wheelchair that's locked up that you have to get someone to unlock and it doesn't even have a basket for you to shop with. Are you kidding?”

“Bravo and THANK YOU to our Boulder Home Depot for the wonderful "above and beyond" customer service we experienced late Friday afternoon. We found what we needed and when our item didn't fit in my little car, our awesome HD employee helped us tie it up on our roof. I know we have all sorts of AI, ChatGPT, Starlink, SpaceX etc. - but if we could just clone Mark the lumber supervisor, the world would be a better place!”

“They have what you need in the day of the job you are working on. pretty much all the time. Their pricing is competitive with Amazon. They can hotshot deliver items to you quickly as well, and for not too much money. The staff inside is hit or miss. Some are helpful, some are not. When I was doing purchasing for an HVAC and electrical subcontractor, occasionally when something was needed quickly and staff was not available, I would buy things from Home Depot and have them Hot shot delivered to the job site as it was quick and easy and cheap.

February 2026 update- this location has made huge strides in customer service. They go out of their way to say hello or to ask if they can help you. The employees are smiling. It's a very nice shopping experience. Well done.”
