I understand there are growing pains and learning curves associated with the BMO transition. My frustration was not based on that but the lack of communication and follow up. Since, the communication and follow up has drastically improved and things have been resolved. Kudos to Daiana and Swannette for getting this turned around and resolved. It’s much appreciated!”

“I had been working with US Bank customer service for over 3 weeks and been on the phone for hours trying to get a lien release for a vehicle I paid off over a year ago with still no resolution.I came in to the branch and Chris immediately understood my issue and worked to get to the bottom of it. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He gave me his card so I could call him when I went to the DMV and he would get me the proper info to get the lien released on the title. He got me what I needed within 15 minutes that customer service hadn't in over 3 weeks. I have a background in retail pharmacy and have managed 5 pharmacies so I know exceptional service when I see it. Dude deserves a raise and promotion. Thanks again for all your help Chris! Lien released and vehicle sold!”

“Consistent great customer service. We moved to 1st Bank after our bank sold and went downhill quick under new ownership. Took a lot for us to move all our accts after being with the other bank for decades. We are SO glad we made the move. 1st Bank has been great! It is rare nowadays to be called by name and acknowledged when you wait in line. Simple things like "we will be right with you or we apologize for the wait" are rare in most businesses now but common at this location.”
