“I came in here 4 years ago and the people were rude and unhelpful. I broke my phone badly recently and was hesitant on going to this location due to past experiences but it’s the closest to my job. I went in yesterday and got some the best customer service I ever received at any phone store. Soon as I walked in I was greeted, asked what I needed help with and 1 min in both Brennan and Jada had 2 routes I could go and carefully explained the benefits of both routes. Very friendly and helpful people. Not only that they both offered and helped me set up my new phone I just purchased and answered all my questions. I was thankful for their patience being I had a baby and a toddler with me. I’ll definitely be coming back. 10/10 for Brennan and Jada. ⭐️”
“I've only been to this location to return some equipment after upgrades had been shipped to my house. They had a hard time showing the flex box as retuned. Elizabeth Y. did follow up with an email confirming that she got it figured out and attached a scan of the receipt. I was in and out pretty quickly.”
“I was seriously contemplating changing all my services to a different provider after this visit.
I walked in and was told there was a 30 minute wait. Not a huge deal, they were helping others and 30 minutes is perfectly acceptable. After an hour, I decided to attempt to order online instead of opting to wait, as other with appointments walked in pushing my wait even longer. Unfortunately, the online order locked me out and I ended up having to wait over an hour. How can you estimate a 30 minute wait and end up leaving individuals to wait in excess of an hour and a half? To make matters worse, I received the text (while sitting in the store) to return as I would be helped within 10 minutes.
Another 30 minute wait and nothing.
After working with Avery, his exceptional customer service, and professionalism, my feelings towards Verizon improved greatly. I ended up purchasing the phone and spending additional money as well. He should be commended for saving a $300/mo customer from leaving the store and changing to a different carrier.”
