“Came in today on my way back from a trip to Denver and decided to stop here to upgrade my phone. The previous T-Mobile rep in Fort Collins is saw told me that I could trade in my phone which had some damage. Luckily Brian V saved me from trading it in since it wouldn’t have been tradable anyway and I would’ve lost my old phone for no reason. So i decided to keep it and found a stellar deal on the phone upgrade I’ve wanted for some time and got to keep my old phone as a backup!
Kudos to Brian! You were awesome and made the upgrade process super quick. I was in and out of the store in 15 min!”
“Totally positive store experience following days of nonflulfillment following online payment which needed to be changed from personal check to CC. I took my mobility scooter up the Highline Canal after an emergency hip replacement. They were VERY forgiving and patient, fixed me up with a great modem that gets 300 mbps and a little tracker that I will hide in my scooter. From Zero to Hero, I am up and running after weeks of no Internet from Qwest, I am 78 y/o. Thanks!”

When I came into the store they greeted me and told me that there was a small wait. Very attentive and very nice to work with both of them. I wish these two the best. I have been a T-Mobile customer for over 15 years. The other locations (Thornton and Northglenn) always tried to push sales that I was not interested in even when I say I am not interested in new plans or lines right off the bat when I go inside.”

“I switched from Verizon to T-Mobile after 20 yrs of being with them. My reason for leaving them is my phone bill started at 178.00 and kept going up
To 206.00. I never ever added on to my I phone. Verizon knew that I had never added anything. My phone bill kept going up. I just did not understand why it kept going up ? No one from Verizon could tell me why ? So it was the final straw that broke the camels back. After switching to T-Mobile from Verizon my phone bill was $ 122.00. Wow ! That was the quickest drop in my bill. Another email mention $ 500.00. Wow ! They are jumping through hoops to get me back as a customer. Fat chance on that. I had a lot of help from Jesus & Daniel.
