I took my mobility scooter up the Highline Canal after an emergency hip replacement. They were VERY forgiving and patient, fixed me up with a great modem that gets 300 mbps and a little tracker that I will hide in my scooter. From Zero to Hero, I am up and running after weeks of no Internet from Qwest, I am 78 y/o. Thanks!”

After working with T-Mobile over the phone over a couple weeks we were offered a promotion to make up for the mistake that would be available to redeem in store. Upon walking into this particular T-Mobile location, we were instantly greeted by Brian. We shared what we had going on and he quickly started taking action making the whole process super smooth and easy. He pulled in a teammate who was training named Valeria, she did a great job! Both team members truly made for a wonderful experience.”

Verizon knew that I had never added anything. My phone bill kept going up. I just did not understand why it kept going up ? No one from Verizon could tell me why ? So it was the final straw that broke the camels back. After switching to T-Mobile from Verizon my phone bill was $ 122.00. Wow ! That was the quickest drop in my bill. Another email mention $ 500.00. Wow ! They are jumping through hoops to get me back as a customer. Fat chance on that. I had a lot of help from Jesus & Daniel. Thank you Gentlemen you were of great service to me.”

“Because of the manager Ashley if it weren't for her I am not at all happy with T-Mobile in general. I really don't like t-mobile overall, but the only reason why I am still with T-Mobile is because they scammed me into locking in with some of the devices that I purchased and also because I do like their cell phone service more than any other company. Overall I think T-Mobile is a sheisty scamming company but Ashley and her staff are very good at what she and they do and Ashley is totally awesome!!! And now that I know that I can deal with her to have my issues resolved makes me extremely happy and confident to continue with T-Mobile. I don't know what I'm going to do if she ever leaves, I'll be screwed and back to square 1 if so!”
