“I visited this Jiffy Lube location on a busy Wednesday morning. They got me in & out within 20 minutes for an oil change. All of the employees were extremely friendly, very helpful & informative. They even invite you into the work bay to break down the services on their computer right in front of you. Very interactive & transparent! Highly recommend!!”

“The service manager came through after I had a last minute emergency! In the process of changing the oil in my Ford F150 (I did this myself - unrelated to their service.) The plastic plug that Ford uses in the oil pan broke in two, leaving me stranded with no way to refill the oil. All of the parts departments in all the dealerships around were closed as it is already 6PM and I was faced with being stranded until the next day. The service manager (I believe his name was Dave) of the quick lane came through and spent 10 minutes tracking down the oil plug from the parts department and setting up payment! I was able to get a ride to come pick it up 10 minutes later. That's service! He went outside of his job duties and responsibilities to take care of someone who wasn't even a customer! I do most of my own maintenance on my cars, but when I do need the assistance of a shop, I'm definitely coming in!”
