“Riley and carol made the ring shopping experience a joy. My husband and I came in when we first got married to look at rings and we didn’t think we could afford anything. We are deploying soon and didn’t want to spend a ton before we left. Carol took us under her wing and helped a ton. We left that day with a new watch for my husband. A few weeks later we came back in, Carol and Rylie were there and helped find me the perfect ring… not to mention it was on sale!!!! The ring is everything I’ve ever wanted and looked for. “I visited this store with my adult daughter in July of 2023--the day the Barbie movie came out. My daughter was dressed for the occasion, and the store was also celebrating. We had a great experience. My daughter found earrings--gold with a pink stone--to match her outfit. The ladies who were working that day were so friendly and were so cheerful. It made our shopping experience so much fun. Best experience I've had in a Brighton store. It's been nearly 3 years, and I still think of it when my daughter wears the earrings. We had traveled from Alabama to Broomfield to visit friends. It was our first ever trip to Colorado. They helped make it memorable. I really hope to visit again one day, and I'll make sure to stop in Brighton while I'm there.”

My toddler left a toy one day and instead of tossing it they kept it with our receipt and waited months for us to come back in and matched the names on our receipts.
