I was expecting that I'd be waiting at least and hour but they were super fast and I only had to wait 15 minutes. Check in was quick and easy. Would highly recommend”

“My experience here was seamless. Had an appointment scheduled and was in and out in 30 minutes. It wasn't busy when I was there so I'd guess at certain times a walk-in might go relatively quickly too. They have a digital kiosk that makes check-in easy. There is plenty of parking since this location is in a hospital. Finding the suite was a bit tricky but there are multiple doors into the building and plenty of directories to guide you. I went a little out of my way to go here and it was worth it. Might do testing here again in the future!”

“Had to wait quite a while for my appointment but after seeing many people walk up to the desk to yell at the staff I more felt bad than anything. Christa was professional and patient with me since I let her know blood draws make me anxious. The whole staff was really kind and accommodating, switching me to the room with the bed so I could lie down and be more comfortable. They only have three rooms available for blood draws and it looks like many offices forward there patients here, so I can understand the wait. Honestly I’d just be nice to the people who will stick you with the needle.”
