“The phlebotomist was stern about the walk in policy and warned me that she would have to fit me in between appointments and I would pile probably wait awhile. appointments take first priority and that I would have to wait until she had time. I only had to wait 30 minutes as there was a lot of morning appointments. I think people’s poor experiences here are entitlement and they are impatient. It’s obvious they have never worked in healthcare or a high demand job where you are never given enough time for all that you need to compete in a day.”

“!!! WARNING !!! - They will only do drug screens in the afternoon and by appointment only! Walk-ins beware. From my experience there is only one person doing all the tests and she mentioned that she is usually booked up all day with appointments. If you need to do a test quickly she recommends going to the Northglenn clinic as they have more staff.”
