“I had a great experience at the T-Mobile store in Flatirons. Martin R. was extremely professional and went well beyond what was required to help me. I originally came in because I was unable to receive text messages, and he quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue.
While helping me, he also noticed I was being double billed each month for device protection insurance and corrected that as well. On top of that, my screen was cracked and he walked me step by step through how to use my insurance to get it repaired.
Martin didn’t just fix the problem I came in with. He looked at the full picture and made sure everything on my account was right. That level of attention and care is rare. Highly recommend this location and ask for Martin if you can.”

I was there at around 6:30pm on Friday night, and it was incredibly busy, but Avi found us right away and made sure we were taken care of. He explained everything thoroughly, helped me weigh my options of which MacBook model I wanted (I knew, but I wanted to hear his opinion too!) and was super patient with us when my UniDays was giving me trouble.
