I had a mix up with the wrong color phone from a different temp agent at a Target and brought it in to swap it out for the color I wanted. They didn't have the white one but were able to ship it to me after canceling my first port and moving it over to another at their store. “I read the reviews before coming here and I have NO idea what everyone else was talking about. This store is outstanding. I was there at around 6:30pm on Friday night, and it was incredibly busy, but Avi found us right away and made sure we were taken care of. He explained everything thoroughly, helped me weigh my options of which MacBook model I wanted (I knew, but I wanted to hear his opinion too!) and was super patient with us when my UniDays was giving me trouble. He was kind, pleasant, funny and knowledgeable and really made my first Apple Store experience a great one. Great job, Avi and team. I look forward to shopping here again.”
