“I just wanted to say that the customer service I got here was great!
I had an issue where I had to factory reset my phone and I was having trouble with Google and 2 step verification when I reset it.
I went to the Cricket near my house first, which is on 72nd and Sheridan. The woman there was no help at all.
(I wouldn't recommend going there.)
I decided to try the other Cricket store a little further away on federal, and I was so happy that the guy here was friendly and helpful and also fixed the phone in about 5 minutes.
If you go to Cricket, go here!”

He was incredibly knowledgeable and informative, took the time to explain the different plans, bundles, and phone options, and helped us figure out exactly what would work best for our family. “Amazing service by Maria! I came in to activate a new phone to an existing line but I had forgotten my pin password, and maria helped me with the process to create another one. It was not easy fast because she had to call metro customer service or some kind of number and go through some identity verification. I was so relief I didn’t have to do that on my own Maria was so patient and very nice the whole time. The only reason why I will come to this metro again!”
