“I messed up on the self service kiosk (thought it counted as an envelope, but really it fell under a package!) and got a return to sender a week later. I went to the register and they were so helpful and kind! Gave me credit for what I paid erroneously beforehand and helped clean up my package so it didn't cause any confusion down the road. Fantastic service!”
“I've always had great a great experience at this post office. The post office in general gets a hard time. Whether I'm getting stamps, mailing a package, getting a money order or anything else - the staff are always helpful.Today, I visited because the key to a package locker jammed and I couldn't retrieve the package. I went to the post office in person to ask for assistance. They took down the location details and said someone would check on it. I figured it'd take a while for them to get to it. By the time I'd driven back to the location there was already someone their unlocking it and I got my package. Couldn't ask for better service than that!”

I’ve shipped to other parts of the country, internationally, returns, you name it they can handle it, and they have been professional and pleasant even with Christmas crowds. I prefer coming here to the regular past office. And there are fun gifts and candy that I’m tempted to buy.”

“I’ve been here probably 10 times and avoid going to other offices bc I like this one so much. They are kind, quick/manage their line really well. The space is clean and pretty well stocked with packaging materials. They have drop offs you can get to without having to wait in line.”
“Sue is fantastic! I had a very important package marked delivered but wasn't anywhere to be found. I submitted a claim online and the next morning Sue called me and let me know she was going to go out and check our shared mailbox and parcel lockers. She found it and delivered it to us personally, then called me later just to follow up and give me her direct line in case I ever need anything in the future. Great customer service!”

“Very inconvenient to make the drive to the postal office to find out they're closed for lunch from 1-2 o'clock. Really needs a face lift in there too. The line moves quickly. And the ladies have all been nice so far.”

“Same with the other recent review, why are there so many negative ones? I think an important thing to note that this office is only a P.O. Box office with store services. It is much smaller does not distribute mail. It is the cleanest and most convenient location. I hate having to drive to Brighton to pick up my mail and the 120th location makes me feel like I’m going to get mugged every time I go there (I even had a package stolen that never made its way to its destination from that office). Overall I would say I’ve generally had a very good experience at this office. I wish we had more like it in the Thornton area.”

“I haven’t had much interaction with the staff but know that can be kinda slow as expected at a USPS but that’s partially due to customers not knowing WTH they’re doing.
This place is open outside business hours with a package posting machine thing and you can access PO Boxes.
I like this place.”
