“The trade home shoes store in the flatirons mall is the best shoe store around. The manager and staff are completely educated to every shoe in the house, and they custom fit you and all of the attention is on pleasing your feet. I highly recommend.”

Alena had already told me they didn’t have it, but after I went into the dressing room, she actually went out of her way to search the entire store just in case. “I had to go to the mall to get something fixed with my phone and I had to wait for two hours. I went into half the stores and Alexis/Lexi was the best worker out of every store I went into. She's informative, good at giving personal knowledge and experience with the products she was selling. I would know since I did retail for ten years! If I wasn't particular about what socks I like I would have bought those with my shoes. Not sure her title but she deserves a raise.”

“Ten months later, I still appreciate the outstanding service I received. Unfortunately, I don't recall the associate who assisted me, but she was exceptional. During my first visit to White House Black Market, I was looking for a dress for my mother's funeral. The associate's empathy and support made a difficult experience easier. Zain was helpful in picking a shoe afterwards as well, showing us the size and availability. We came back to order in person, and they were helpful with that too.
