I went in today feeling hopeless because my favorite style isn’t being sold anymore. When I said something Annivette made it her mission that I leave that store with a pair of jeans that I felt comfortable in and loved! She not only helped me look through multiple pairs and styles but when I was starting to feel like giving up she reassured me there was something out there for me. Being a bigger girl it felt good when she didn’t give up on finding jeans for my body type (many other places will just recommend a plus size store). I’ll be coming back time and time again. “I had a really delightful time at Chico's! Cheryl (maybe Sheryl) spent an hour helping me find a few outfits to wear for my new job. She really made me feel seen and appreciated as a person, which made me feel so good. Cheryl figured out my style and encouraged me to try different things to see what else might look good. She could see that I was sticking around the clearance racks, so she did too!I really felt like I was shopping with a really knowledgeable friend, or maybe even my own mother. I found a lot of clothes that looked great on my short but curvy frame. I look fun, youthful, and professional, and everything I tried on was COMFORTABLE! I went in to buy one outfit and I came out with three, all because of the wonderful help and customer service I received.I would definitely recommend this shop to a friend. “When I was a teen me and my stepmom would go there so much! I loved it so much... then the name changed and so did the environment. Attic Salt wiped away all the memories I had there. I was in shock. The employees were all nice but they changed my perspective. To me it used to be a fun shop, now it is just a... punky, bad, teen vibe. It has cool stuff I must admit. I want to know though...where did Fuego go?”

“Not bad at all, the sale area was color coded and I loved that but there were too many articles of clothing on each section. I could barely get through everything and u just ended up getting overwhelmed and leaving. The staff was pretty friendly and other than the sale area the store it self was very clean and well organized. I realized that I've defintely aged out of forever 21 because almost everything is a crop top or some "piece" of clothing ???. The sale is the best though I got bike shorts for 2 dollars.”

There was also a blonde girl whose name I didn’t catch. She was very sweet and helped me figure out a different shoe style to wear with my dress. I can’t speak for the other employees but those two were great!”
